Cha Cha's is my favorite indulgence! The staff are kind and welcoming, and the drinks and food are all delicious. The ambience is productive and studious at no cost to warmth and coziness. I expect Cha Cha's to provide Phoenix with great joy for many years to come, and I am grateful for its role in our community.
I love this place so much. Has a beautiful atmosphere and the most welcoming people. Kenzie and Stacey are so fun to talk to and always make sure you’re taken care of. Would very much recommend!!!
This WAS the hidden gem of phoenix. I use to love coming here for the cozy and welcoming atmosphere and their CBD matcha. Sad to say since the new owners this past year came in, it hasn't been quite the same. It's lacking the warmth and love that it once had... Really pray that the business will turn around for the better, until then won't be showing this place off to my friends.
