Food served fresh and hot!
The staff was very helpful especially the manager. I ordered a small Philly steak and the cook already started my order then I changed my mind and I wanted a large steak. They give me the small and made large. Very nice customer service. I recommend this stop for anyone who wants a good cheesesteak cooked by friendly staff
Absolutely recommend this amazing fast food restaurant. Delicious food especially the scorpion sting wings. Customer service excellence and kid-friendliness. If you’re passing by Anthem,AZ definitely stop by Charleys Cheesesteak located at Outlets North Phoenix food court.
Love this place
The 2 employees, one male, one female are not nice. The woman just shrugs her shoulders at you and says not a word. Very rude. I paid a lot of money for a sub par, dry sandwich. Not tasty at all and definitely not as pictured!! They are located in a run down food court. All in all I would never eat at Charley's again.

Tell that manlady to get off its phone and stop overcooking food over and over again. Refused to give me refund
Mediocre food. And any fast food joint that asks for a tip when you pay gets the lowest rating.

Ordered a diet pop, Guy was to busy talking to his boss or some give me a sugar pop. I;m a severe diabetic. Within 30min my sugar was over 300. Had to use 40units insulin to counteract it. People need to take orders or talk with coworkers. not both. was last Friday just after noon.

Ordered no onions, receipt says no onions, girl on the grill & the manager get mad like it's my fault when I politely correct her before she's finished cooking the cheese steak wrong. ..managed to get all the right toppings, but the cheese is hardly melted as she was in a rush now. Don't know why she's in a rush I was (understandably) the only customer.
There were three young men today who had great service!! I very much recommend this place food was great!

Gourmet Fries are the bomb! We tried them with a Strawberry Lemonade! The people provided great customer service and the food was warm and tasty! Muchas gracias!
Fast friendly service. All the food was served, hot in a timely manner.
