I had a really uncomfortable experience here. I was sitting at the bar watching football while my friend ran back to our Turo to grab something they left behind. I told the bartender I was just waiting, and no one said a word about needing to order food or a drink to sit there—which I would have done without a problem.
Instead, after 15 minutes of sitting there, a manager came over and told me it was “getting busy” (which it clearly wasn’t) and that if I wasn’t ordering, I needed to leave. If that’s the policy, fine—but why didn’t the bartender mention it from the start? It felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly unwelcoming.
I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life, but I can count this as a first.
It was easily 15 minutes for just being served a drink, and after 45 minutes decided to leave. While it was not empty, it was by no means busy. I’m sure a one off but one of the weirder experiences.

Extremely cool and cozy airport restaurant bar. We are stuck at the airport for several hours and we’ were able to relax and enjoy ourselves here. We had an amazing bartender named Russell, that was very upbeat, friendly and made our visit five star!

Typical airport restaurant with so-so expensive food, decent service, and worn environment (see pic of shredded booth seating). I guess I should have known before going in because the place was completely empty.

Service was OK, but ambience was even better. I like the high top tables and no food was pretty decent and the drinks were OK. The prices weren’t too bad but still high for this airport.
Borderline the worst breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Service was solid but inedible scrambled eggs and English muffin the potatoes were alright but super terrible meal overall. For Chelsea’s Kitchen would think they’d try a little…..guess not

The chicken Sammy was good, Stephani was a delight to chat with. Great place to grab food and a drink if you’re in the Phoenix airport.

Rude staff. Ended up eating elsewhere.
Attempted to join for breakfast but front door server was quite rude so I decided to go somewhere else.
Not bad, not great.
