Used to be great. Definitely has gone downhill. I used to choose to go there before a flight. Food is not the quality it once was

When you're stuck at the airport for 7 hours and need to eat. Our waitress was extremely busy, yet still attentive. Food and drink were timely, and everything tasted good.
Excellent service and quality food! Thank you Chef LJ and staff for a great experience.

We have been here before and have been more than happy - on this occasion not. First the server in the bar area - a man was grumpy and rude - he slapped the napkins down then we asked for a drinks menu he said they did not have one - so I ordered what I have ordered before which is a glass of prosecco. Our family also ordered drinks - the drinkscame - one of our party asked for a straw with their drink and was rudely told they dont have straws - when we asked for the bill we got the biggest shock - $19.50 for a glass of prosecco - we have never paid that much for a glass of wine at this airport and we do regularly stop here - we even had to check if it was right but of course there is no drinks menu - however in their Arcadia restaurant where we also go the same drink is $12. The lady server said all their wines were $20.00 per glass. Anyway we paid the bill but want others to be aware of the extorionate prices for a glass of wine before you see friends off at the airpirt - and even though Sky Harbor is Americas friendliest airport it does not apply to the man who served us at this bar.
Very limited menu, but the breakfast burrito was tasty. Ordered a mimosa and the first glass was completely dirty with lipstick, they waiter replaced it quickly though. It did the job!
Great barcseating with power hookup. Burgers was fine, drinks were OK, tonic was flat 2/3 of the time. But Russ is a great bartender none the less.
I ordered the brussel sprout salad which sounded wonderful. Unfortunately, either the dressing was the blandest dressing possible or they simply forgot to put any on. It was like eating a bowl of sprouts with absolutely nothing on them. It did have nuts and dried fruit and other items fortunately. Overall, I was looking for a special salad in the airport and came up empty. I did ask for some balsamic vinegar but the waitress said they didn't have any. I was never asked how my meal was nor did she offer up anything else to bring me to spruce up my meal. I do fly through Phoenix frequently but will go elsewhere in the future.

First of all I want to give a shout out to Carol who is one of the best servers I've ever encountered. Her advice about what to order for breakfast (and more to the point what not to order) was spot on. We ordered the "standard" breakfast - eggs prepared as ordered, bacon, home fries, and an English muffin. We loved the home fries which were crispy and plentiful. Although it's not likely we'll be back at the Phoenix airport anytime soon, I highly recommend you check them out. And ask for Carol as your server!
The people were great, from the servers to the cleaning staff. Made us feel very welcome. The menu is limited but the food was tasty. And did I say that the staff were very attentive to our needs and made sure our table was super clean.
Chicken burger was decent.
Having found out our flight was significantly delayed we decided to have something to eat. The service was good, but very pushy and frankly not worth the suggested 18 22% of the final bill. The soup was Ok, but didn't seem to be freshly made as claimed. The cheeseburger was good, but the fried (chips) less so: rather soggy! As I was only visiting the US I'm unlikely to eat there again, but as most other eating places at the airport had already closed by 17:00 there is not much choice.
Sunday morning, delivering a relative to Sky Harbor after a far too short visit to the Valley, it was great to have a full service (admittedly limited option menu) restaurant before security. The service was friendly, prompt and better than we usually receive once through security. We each fully enjoyed our breakfast, and the chance to talk without the noise and jostling normally experienced on the other side of security. We will now make Chelsea's Kitchen our departure breakfast stop at Sky Harbor.
