Tonight I ordered on uber eats and was so exited to eat the sandwich I expected, however that happiness only lasted a few seconds, because when i opened the sandwich i was received by the wrong sandwich, the plate had my name however the sandwich was intended for someone else rather than mine which made very upset :(

I ordered ahead and was told to wait at a number. I waited for about 10 minutes and walked in. They completely forgot about me, it wasn’t busy at all either. I spoke to the manager and she told me I would get a refund in about 3 business days. I wish I would have took a picture, the staff were just on their phones. All I ordered was a Dubai cup.

Went through the drive through to pick up an online order. I like that there's a wide drive so you can pass people waiting to order in the drive through. My box was handed to me on its side, soup split everywhere in the bag. Walked in and went to the counter near the drive through, they rename my order immediately and were very friendly.

I'm sorry but I can't recommend going here. The food taste is decent but the sandwiches are a major disappointment. They are small and barely full, not worth the price.

I stopped at Cafe Zupa for dinner after work. I ordered the brisket sandwich and a mix of mushroom bisque soup and tomato soup. I also got a small cup of Dubai strawberries. The brisket sandwich turned out to be better than it looked. It was cold when opened it but once it was reheated it wasn't that bad. I felt it could have used more slaw and maybe a little more meat. The soup was good just a little salty for my taste. The meal came with a roll and 2 chocolate covered strawberries. My daughter had the Dubai strawberries and said they were okay but wasn't a fan of the pistachio pieces sprinkled on top. Overall, if you're looking for something different try them out. They also have a try 2 combo that'll save you a few bucks. I paid $32 for my order order
Lasagna soup was amazing and the salads are so fresh and tasty.

The reason for my overall rating is the forcing everyone to park. We order online, get the 'Your order is ready' text and they make us park for our drinks. I asked if I could just wait at the window and they said, 'No, my boss gets really mad when I do that'.
Just weird.
Otherwise, the inside is very clean. Staff is kind and helpful (they are clearly trained to make everyone pull over). Food is always good.

Their salad dressing was really good. The sandwich chicken pesto has only maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad inside so it was like eating all Bread. I would comeback for another salad but a sandwich no point in eating empty bread
I got the California Cobb salad and the Italian ham sandwich really good! Service was wonderful, they answered any questions I had about my food! Would come back! Lots of food for the price!

It's my first time ever here so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've heard all great things about this place so I decided tonight was the night to try it out. I order a Large Chicken noodle soup with a bread and butter. WOW, it was soooo good. The flavor, I wasn't skimped out on noodles, it was delicious. I think my fav. I also ordered the Turkey Avocado Club sandwich and I laughed. What I received must be a joke, $9 sandwich that looks nothing like what's shown on the website really left me feeling like I was robbed. What the heck.

They advertise closing at 9pm and we were there at 8:26pm and they were ok with giving us cold, bottom of the barrel soup. I left. We deserve better as customers. If you're gonna close early, then pls advertise accordingly. Theres people that get off work at 8pm and no one deserves nasty, cold, leftover food at a restaurant. I was disgusted and I hope corporate does something.
