Make sure you are at this Chick-fil-A at least 10 minutes before closing. Employees were just standing around looking but they wouldn't take any orders past 6:50 pm, even though they close at 7:00. That's pretty sorry

There is nothing like Hal having to food packer work on all the green orders while mine sits in the red and it is up under the heat lamp! Unbelievable! Then the chicken did not even fit on the bun! What price increases and smaller chicken. This chick fil a SUCKS!

Our family was there in September waiting for a later flight so we decided to kill some time getting an easy dinner. Often you don't expect much from the airport except high prices, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was just as good as our Chick-fil-A back home! But the much bigger surprise was the gentleman who was taking our order. There were five of us and it was very busy. But instead of being irritated or rushing us, he was above and beyond kind and helpful to us. Even making sure we actually had the little details of our order right and checking in to see how our day was going. It's hard to find that kind of genuine hospitality even at a regular restaurant, but with the extra pressure of the airport rush, it was impressive to pull off. I wish I would have gotten his name, because that experience alone changed the whole tone of the days' travel stress. He was a rare gem in an unexpected place it it was a joy to witness!!

At 2010 hours in terminal 4 D 11- 16  gates  a few passengers and  my self tried to make a purchase at your  chick fil A location. Where the manager informed us he was while helping to previous customers. I  stated that the location says closer is 2100 hours not 2010 hours.  All customers stated we are on that last flight and it seems a bit
rude to close the door in our face  while you still have food available to sale. He then stated closer is at managers discretion  according to the last flight. (I'm a bit confused as to why you would close knowing you still have product available for sale, considering that is the whole point of this stablishment being in the airport.) He then opened and then  severed  the family and myself after the  father a pilot  himself  made a point to say his children were hungry and food was available. I believe it would serve everyone at the airport if the correct information is posted on time and  availability via the Web  as well as better signage for the approaching customer to lessen confusion and discord.

There was a large line, but they only had between 1 and 2 people working the cash registers, so the line to order took forever. Then, the wait to get the food took far longer than a usual Chick-fil-A, and the area to wait for food was far too small for the number of people waiting there, we were very cramped together. Finally got the food, and the fries were under-salted while the nuggets were under-breaded.

Food was absurdly cold and gross, I cannot believe a Chick Fil A would ever disappoint in such a way. Then I opened my bag with no sauce in it and I was devastated!! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!

7:30 pm and the staff claims it cannot customize salads because it’s too late in the evening. Turns out they’re already premade. Fire your manager, stop being lazy and do better Chick-fil-A.

Good luck getting an employee here not to look annoyed while serving you, let alone hearing a “my pleasure” or any semblance of normal chick fil a southern hospitality. Would recommend the company either retrain these employees or shut it down. It’s not aligned to your values as it currently stands. We’re already paying higher prices at the airport, at least trick me into thinking it’s actually worth it…

Not the best as far as chic fil a goes. I personally love chic fil a. They don’t use the app or points. Food is undercooked. Missing menu items. Staff are robots.

I get there at 8:30 when it says it closes at 9. They start to close and I ask if I can order since they still are open for half an hour. I ask if I can get a sandwich and they say they are closing because they ran out of fries and nuggets, not sandwiches but just fries and nuggets.

I'm not sure why there is so many negative reviews ?. My spicy deluxe meal was amazing just like all the other Chick-fil-A's. I'm glad that it's available in the PHX airport now!!!

Arguably the best chicken sandwich I've had. Not overly breaded, cooked perfectly, fresh and reasonably priced. If I had one critique, it was the cheap processed cheese added. Not sure why people enjoy crappy cheese on their burgers and sandwiches. The cross cut fries were awesome and the sweet tea was thirst quenching, especially after wandering around the airport for 40 mins looking for Chick-fil-A. I should have grabbed a second order for the flight home, it's that damn good. Service was awesome and friendly even though they were bombarded with a ton of cranky travelers looking to take out their frustrations on them.
