I placed an online order ahead of time and arrived at 10:31 AM to pick up my breakfast, only to be told they wouldn’t fulfill my order. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of customer service was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

This was my favorite location. They shafted me on uber eats. I waited an hour for breakfast order. Agent called and store said "it doesn't show up in system " and its already well into their afternoon menu. Total bs as bad as McDonald's saying their shake machine is down. Ill be ordering from a different location now.

Utterly terrible customer service. I was just there picking an order my boss phoned in. They could not find the order, kept asking me for an order number. I didn't have that because my boss told me to just give them his name. I return empty handed. My pissed off boss drives there & they found the order in a second. Lied and said no one came in asking for it. They didn't apologize or even offer a gift card for the inconvenience. Awful treatment.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant, which I also shared in my Google review. The sandwiches were not wrapped properly as they usually are, making them difficult to hold. Additionally, they were cold, which significantly impacted their quality. To make matters worse, the service was not as supportive and friendly as I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope these issues can be addressed to maintain the high standards your brand is known for.

Very good store with good service. Oddly this is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve been to after living all over the country that doesn’t offer a military discount. The store by my old house in NJ gave 50% off to military and first responders

Someone lost the ball here. This was my first horrible chicken sandwich ever. The bun was dried out, the chicken was doused in so much salt it was hard to eat. And the lettuce was totally wilted like when spinach was left too long in its bag. I removed the lettuce entirely ugh. The tomato slices didn't look too fresh either. I think this was a sandwich made well ahead of time and it was sitting for a very long time. I will never order from this restaurant again. Now I understand why it was delivered so fast. Owner please have a serious talk with all your employees. Never ever serve this garbage to a customer.

I absolutely adore this location. I have never encountered any issues with the food or service. I primarily use the drive-thru, where I frequently have the pleasure of being served by Kenneth. He is truly exceptional and brings a wonderful energy to every interaction. Overall, my experiences with the staff have always been incredibly friendly and positive.

Ordered 2 meals for kids (12 piece and 8 piece) and a sandwich for myself. After confirming my order and paying for it, was asked to wait in the parking lot for it to be delivered. Once delivered, attendant confirmed that everything was in order. Drove home, guess what…no sandwich. Called them and the resolution was to drive back or get a “credit” for a sandwich. Nice work guys. Isn’t it fraud to pay for a product that isn’t delivered?
