I visited Chick-fil-A on Saturday, May 2nd, and Tony assisted me in the drive-thru. He was fast and efficient, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. He repeated my order back to ensure accuracy, which made the ordering process smooth and stress-free. Even though there was a long line wrapping around the building, he remained patient and kept things moving quickly. Overall, his customer service made a busy experience feel easy and well-organized.
Food is always good but lately service kinda sucks. Asked for extra jalapeños, was only give 2 and a very small one. Fries were a little burnt but still edible. This used to be such a great chic fi la, it’s sad that the quality of it went down. Hope they can improve.
Love chickfila but this is second time i got issues with my food and this time around my food arrived cold, had to warm it up in the microwave..i thought id try the new pretzel chicken sandwich it tasted alright nothing too special, im writing this because it sucks doordash wont do anything bout it.
