Not trying to sound negative, but being honest. We ordered the croquettes as an app. The second they hit the table all we could smell was a manure odor. Maybe very pungent cheese? The taste also resembled manure unfortunately. Very flavor packed. Almost better to modify. Loud atmosphere. Waitress was very nice, knowledgeable on menu and attentive.
We were visiting Az from Wa state and were looking for a unique place to try, after reading some reviews we knew this was the place! Had a reservation for 5:45 for 4 on a Tuesday night, was able to walk in and sit right down! Drinks were SO GOOD! Try the non-alcoholic seasonal drinks and their equivalent of a espresso martini!! Had an amazing experience at Chilte. Every dish and every cocktail was crafted to perfection, the service was wonderful and the noise level and atmosphere was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
