The mix of Chinese and Mexican works really well though it sounds unusual at first. I tried the pollo diablo and loved the heat of it. I like they keep the cookie detail at the end.
We've been coming to Chino for years and it never disappoints! We get the combo with Jade Red Chicken, refried beans, pork fried rice, and a jerk chicken quesadilla. Soooooooo good. We moved to the other side of town but always stop in if we're in the area.
I live an hour away so haven't been to Chino Bandido in years, went today and everything is exactly as I remember. Amazing food from the Jade Red quesadilla right up to the Snickerdoodle cookie for dessert. Definitely won't be waiting years to come back again.
