Great restaurant at a great location.
When I was in downtown, I stopped here for lunch and it was worth it. I got the limited time brisket and it was great. The portion of meat, rice, beans and sour cream in my bowl was great. It was a lot of food and it was worth the few dollars extra for the brisket upgrade.
The food was really good and very flavorful.

By far, the dirtiest Chipotle I've been too. All the tables were dirty, I had to wipe them myself. The chairs were grimy and the place smelled weird. The staff seem miserable and unfriendly. Avoid this location, it's gross. Lots of transients touching the soda machine with dirty hands.

As always, great good, fast service, reasonable prices. The place was a bit dirty, although they were pretty hopping busy, so I can't exactly blame them. But I'd pay more for a cleaner place.

Parking: Basically there's no direct parking nearby. You have to either find street or parking garage parking.

Kid-friendliness: They had at least two high chairs and ironically they were pretty clean looking and in good condition.
