This is the worst location I've ever been to. Last time the drink station was disgusting and the specialty drinks were empty hours before closing. The food bar glass covering was dusty as ever like it'd never been cleaned and the staff not only took forever to greet me but then were completely in their own world so customer service sucked. Now I'm back at opening thinking it'd be different because everything should be fresh and refreshed but no. They open at 10:45 but there's a group of us at the door waiting and the only thing done inside is the drink station. They're still setting up the grill and food bar/serving station. No telling how long it'll be before they're up and running. I'm going to Cafe Rio because they would never do this. I won't be back to this location.

They rip you off on the serving size. $12 and hardly any meat. I took a picture before I had any at all. They need to actually weigh the serving if they want to be stingy with customers.
You no longer get what you paid for. For fast casual $20 per person is not acceptable even as delivery. On top of that I didn’t receive the side I paid extra for. I did receive a refund for the missing side but not the point. It was 3 items including the missing side. How hard is that?

I have had many bad experiences at this location. almost every time I get food here they messed up the order whether it’s missing an ingredient or just leaving out items out altogether. In addition the chicken is typically very rubbery and does not taste right. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want chipotle as this location is horrible.
