Asked for a quesadilla and they tell me they cant make one unless i order it online because the machine to make quesadillas is in the back. This is the 3rd store ive had tell me this. Who the hell is running these stores? Chipotle has turned into a joke. Dont waste your money here.

Find another Chipotle. The managers of this store should be ashamed. They won't be, cause Chipotle really doesn't give a crap anymore.
Can't rate the food because, at 730pm, they were out of everything, but the line was disgusting to look at. So.. That's something.

Watched the manager check the temps of the food in holding at the window, dipped the thermometer into each bin without wiping it at all, contaminated every single item with the items before it. If you have allergies, avoid this location because they don't care.

Sincerely disappointed in the diminished quality of food and product derived from this location. We ordered the brisket salad with double protein however the quantity of lettuce is a joke for what constitutes a salad, definitely no double veggie, and the protein was a meager double amount. As a company you’re better off not offering extra amounts if you can’t fulfill them! Very unimpressed for a $50 meal - two salads and one taco. Also, was that salad dressing supposed to be for the entire salad or just 1/3?
I am very unlikely to return to this location. Please note this is all restaurant, not the delivery itself.

Food not like it used to be So much less
Have not been there in a while due to bad experiences at other Chipotles in the valley Atmosphere was fine. Music was not too loud. Staff was good.

Really hope the employees are getting extra for all the penny-pinching they’re doing on portions. Pickup orders are one thing, but to just skimp on you right in front of your face is infuriating. Horrible location, incompent management.
Edit: Now that I’ve actually sat down and taken a bite of this miniscule bowl, the rice is undercooked. This location can’t even cook rice correctly.

Terrible!!! I know I don't have to worry about food poisoning because my very modest serving of pork in my burrito bowl was like eating zombie meat, WAY overcooked and dried out!!! Every other topping was lacking. Except they went super heavy on the sour cream and gave me lettuce, both of which I didn't ask for. I saved half for lunch tomorrow, but I'm thinking I'll give it to the pigeons, because it's not even suitable for the homeless crackheads near my work.
And to top it all off, my gf got more tortilla than steak and cheese in her tiny two piece quesadilla that they charge $13 friggin for!!
WASTE of money and not worthy of your stomach

Last week I hot 7 meals and they shorted usvtwo guava that I paid for. This week they charged me for chips and guac not ordered. The staff is more interested in rushing people than getting the order correct. .

I have never had a problem with the Chipotle it’s usually extremely friending with excellent customer service. However, this evening me and my extremely shy 6 year old son had a not so pleasant experience. The gentleman who greets and ask what you like said hi to my son. He didn’t respond because he’s extremely shy. And well… he’s also 6. He then starts talking to the black girl beside him about me and my son… from that second on the black girl severely lessened our portions of food. As a black woman I was disgusted. I made no fuss took what I was given and left the restaurant. But this two employees handled this situation terribly. This happened just now it’s 6:55pm Arizona time.

The place didn’t open at the posted time, it opened more than ten minutes later and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the group of people waiting to get in. The music was too loud. The guacamole was noticeably dark. When I got home to eat my meal I realized they didn’t add the side salsa nor the vinaigrette dressing. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be going back.

It’s not very often I eat chipotle but this was just careless ? I’m hangry and now I have to waste time and money somewhere else all because this team doesn’t remove the tags & place it in your meal ??

Customer service was horrible. Cook gave attitude when asked how long steak would take and then proceeded to get mad when asked to cut up meat! The 3 girls serving food were acting like the 3 blind mice not knowing what was going on and acting stupid! Don't waste your time here there's better Chipotle's!!
