Whoever was on shift today needs coaching. Poor customer service, barely any eye contact, chicken was way overcooked while my okra was way undercooked. Sometimes I come to this location and leave happy, other times it’s like this. I notice the younger staff tend to leave me feeling like this. Just look at the chicken, never mind how small and dry it is.

Second time coming here and the night crew is awesome. They make sure you get everything and if you have to wait they make sure to show that they care about you by offering you need water or anything and just have great customer service. Always a smile when we come here from the female at drive through window and makes me want to come back. There is a closest one to me is 24th and Broadway and they are horrible. Always something with them. I don't think they like they job.
