Let me say omg!!! The last time I went to a chicken place and it was Popeyes and and KFC and the chicken was dried out and literally nothing but bread. My child left my bank card at the register, they brought it to me. Then my daughter left her purse when we left, an employee saw us across the street and brought it to her. This and they were so pleasant with the kids. Honestly and pleasant attitude plus good food made for a good time
While ideally fresh out of the fryer chicken is what we all want, when you drive 20 minutes each way to get your chicken, you don’t want to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready then to top it off partial of your order was wrong. Staff didn’t seem to be very pleased to be at work and gave a not so friendly attitude.
