My very sweet mother-in-law was craving fried fish and home fries, but wanted a place relatively close to her house. I took her over to Country Boys for a laid-back lunch. She said the fish, the fries and the coffee were all excellent. I had a potato skillet with scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, and onions.
The vibe here is friendly and calm, at least on a Friday afternoon. Lots of both and table seating.
Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
Everything is amazing. We split a meal and only cost $10 walking out the door.
Absolutely one of the best restaurants I have been to. The service, waitress was outstanding. Very comforting and the food was classic, cultural American food. Home fries were the best I've had in years. Eggs cooked perfectly, pancakes were fluffy and VERY filling. Coffee is absolutely outstanding. Our waitress was kind, happy and very attentive.
