I was looking for something on the smaller side, so my BLT fit that bill. But the tomatoes had no flavor. The bacon was not very good. Super greasy bacon... And not at all crispy. And the sandwich was very dry.
Table was not very clean when I was seated. The service was minimal and quite terse.
Fries were pretty good. Good temperature. The only saving grace to add any positive to this place.
Next time I'll go to McDonald's.

Was jammed in. Food not bad. Service was slow and poor. Seemed like the server had some attitude. Was not going to tip but was told I should, but apparently the server didn’t think it was enough. Won’t go there again. Especially with macdonald's next door.

Sadly there aren’t many places to eat in this terminal. We decided to stop in for bfast. Ordered 3 Ciao breakfasts. Powdered eggs, wafer thin sausage patty, fries instead of hasbrowns, egg muffin not toasted and maybe it was fresh in 2015. The food was terrible and when the bill came it should have been no shock that the $3 tip was not only a reflection on the food but also the service and when the waitress asked “ was there something wrong with your meal” I replied the food was pretty bad, she says “you could have told me and I would have done something”, however from the moment she took our order she literally disappeared, she wasn’t even the one that brought food to the table. After that interaction she was extremely rude, giving us nasty glances, rolling her eyes and was obviously very eager to have us leave. I refuse to tip for garbage food and horrible service. Tipping should never be an expectation.

the shrimp 🍤 polenta was delicious 😋 my mom had the salad 🥗 with chicken 🍗 on top i didn’t want any strong drink for dinner so the iced tea was a good 👍🏼 👌🏻 choice for my drink for dinner

Whoever was bartending that had a beard and lighter hair around 930 am on 10.20.25 quickly turned me away with their response and poor attitude. The greeter with the jewelery and amazing attitude and smile is what drew me in. She was so nice! But don't you dare go to the bar for a quick favor because you'll be treated rude a d poorly by this man. It sucks because I had such a great experience at the zincs place with an amazing bartenderess who made my morning. Go see her and got there at the brasserie

Our flight was delayed and thought about getting a drink while waiting. We were greeted by the guy at the front. Richard was the one taking care of us and I am not sure if he was having a bad day but we felt unwelcome and rushed to pay and leave as they were closing. I spent 30 mins in there! If you are closing soon, you should mention to customers! What if I am going to order food and drinks?
Tables are super close, but to be expected in the airport. We shared a quesadilla. It was decent; nothing to write home about. Pico de gallo is devoid of flavor. Salsa is meh. Service was top notch as was the size of my second 9 oz pour of Pinot Grigio, which was decent as well. It is noisy if all tables are full. There’s also limited room for suitcases, but again, it’s an airport restaurant so…Overall, a decent place to kill time in terminal 4 near gate B22. Sit by the window for views of planes leaving and arriving, but don’t expect a peaceful experience.
