I had the croque moinseur (which often is a just a fancy named version of ham and cheese sandwich) and they advised me upfront it takes about 10 min. I am taking about 300 flights per year around the globe and in my opinion that was the best airport sandwich I had so far. I am so used to overpriced poor quality food at airports and this is such a refreshing diffeence. They also brought my iced coffee to the table.
