Got 2 delicious sandwiches quickly during 1 he layover. The quality of all the ingredients was very good, but it is the service from Guy and Luis was what we remember most! Their friendly and efficient demeanor made the fast meal more relaxing and enjoyable than any other lay over meal we have had.
Had a long wait before departure and decided to try this place. It was only 9:30 in the morning but they had no problem making me a French dip. It was made to order and I didn't have to wait too long! Quality was far higher than average airport fare, and they didn't charge me for an extra side of horseradish.The staff was on top of it! Our family needed a quick lunch between flights at PHX and enjoyed exceptionally friendly service at La Madeleine. The counter staff took our order, graciously pointing out combos that saved us money, delivered food to our table, and then cleared items as we finished. While we were eating, a patron departed and accidentally left a bag at one of the tables, and one of the servers rushed off to deliver it to the gates. Well done!
