I want to be frank about the service, the gentleman who rung me up was super friendly and helpful. Where the service lacked was the manager, she was rude, hateful and barking orders at the people on the register. It was very unprofessional a day a huge turnoff. If I had not already ordered and paid for my food, I would have turned around and left.

Overall, I was very impressed—especially with the customer service. The staff went above and beyond: they were welcoming, took the time to explain the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations. It’s clear they put genuine effort into the experience. One team member in particular stood out and did an excellent job, though I didn’t catch his name. Honestly, the service here exceeded what I’ve received at many upscale restaurants.
