Our family needed a quick lunch between flights at PHX and enjoyed exceptionally friendly service at La Madeleine. The counter staff took our order, graciously pointing out combos that saved us money, delivered food to our table, and then cleared items as we finished. While we were eating, a patron departed and accidentally left a bag at one of the tables, and one of the servers rushed off to deliver it to the gates. Well done!

Got 2 delicious sandwiches quickly during 1 he layover. The quality of all the ingredients was very good, but it is the service from Guy and Luis was what we remember most! Their friendly and efficient demeanor made the fast meal more relaxing and enjoyable than any other lay over meal we have had.

Cold sandwich was stale and had to get them to make another. Coffee was cold and had to get another. Very expensive for the poor quality of food and tables are crammed so close together that it is uncomfortable. Will go elsewhere next time through the Phoenix airport.

Had a long wait before departure and decided to try this place. It was only 9:30 in the morning but they had no problem making me a French dip. It was made to order and I didn't have to wait too long! Quality was far higher than average airport fare, and they didn't charge me for an extra side of horseradish.The staff was on top of it! You can tell when people enjoy where they work. They were enthusiastic, smiling, happy, and encouraging passerby to come try the restaurant with the promise that they serve "real food"! Travel is stressful, this group brightened my day. Special Thanks to Luis and Guy!!
I have been to an actual restaurant of La Madeleine. So it was great to find this in my layover from LA by Gate B20. I didn't come for the food. I bought my favorite thing....coconut cake, e slices to go at $8.40 each. Yes. Super pricy. So, you have to make some hard decisions which, I did. Worth it for me. It's some good cake. Definitely recommend.
