Customer service is dead, it was myself and another guy in line and there were three people in back making food. There was a manager upfront, somebody was working drive through. Every single person in this Einstein bagels looked up at us, every single person looked at us in our faces, but not one single person said hello, good morning, will be right with you… Nothing. Finally, a girl that seems as if she’s the manager came up and took our orders and went about her business

It's a bagel place. nothing interested or impressive. We just got a breakfast bagel, that's it. I hate all these places. They all had a stupid machine. They're asking you to leave a tip. Stop giving tips to these stupid places.

It's an okay place to grab a bagel but honestly, they need to toast them more. It was a little soft. The bagels at Safeway kill these. Staff look like they'd rather be painting than working
