Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

The service was extremely disappointing, from the waitress, Brook, who seemed to prioritize regular older customers, to the GM, Sean. One would expect correct orders and consistent customer service for everyone, not just the regulars. Instead, Sean argued with us, claiming that after reviewing the cameras, our account of the situation was inaccurate. He also insisted that our food couldn’t have been cold, despite it clearly being so. Both Brook and Sean disappeared multiple times without addressing or resolving the issue.

Additionally, we noticed that an unsolicited tip was added to our bill, which appeared on our bank statement, so we filed a dispute.

Not sure what was going on here but I was followed to the bathroom by an employee due to me "assuming" it was because they thought I was going to walk out of the restaurant without paying my bill. The guy who followed me in the bathroom walked into a stall but didn't close the stall door to use the stall and little did he know I was watching his reflection in the pics/ads hanging on the wall in front of the urinal, he followed me out of the bathroom as soon as I walked out after washing my hands. Food was good and service was great but why the extra BS to assume I wasn't going to pay my bill.

It's a good place to grab a beer and catch a game, but the food is, of course, like most places in this category, extremely overpriced for what you receive. There is really nothing special about renaming burgers that the next sports bar down the street serves.

Took myself for lunch, as I have often driven past this place and finally stopped by. I enjoyed a burger + fries and a refreshment. The 1000 island burger was mediocre, fries instead of chips cost an extra 2.50 and they too were mediocre, seemed like mass frozen fries quickly cooked in the fryer, could probably get similar fries at the grocery store freezer section. Server was friendly. Decent amount of tvs for sports spectating.

Had the chili burger was pretty good. But they put on a small plate. Wednesday afternoon was nice and quiet but could be busier so come down and eat late

Meh. Expensive. Mediocre. Wait staff was great. The misting system with the crazy high-speed fans came on like a minute before our food came out, and it never went off. Like eating in a tropical storm.
