Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

Sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome! Food was good and as expected.
Sports bar… changed UConn v Syracuse football, tied in the 4th, 1 minute left.
Asked for it to be changed back.
Never changed.
Asked bartender again - but for another game above us.
Bartender asked “the guy” and he was so rude to her. I was so uncomfortable watching it. I think she may have had tears after the encounter. It was her third request to “the guy.” Aweful way to treat employees, making a request for a customer - on the floor….
I requested of him directly and got a similar response. Just let it all slide.
Simply paid our tab, tipped her well but will not return. That was just really uncomfortable.
“The guy,” seemed to be a manager. Wore glasses and is always there. I commend him for that to be honest. I think he really does work hard and may have just had a moment. I hope he apologized to her at some point and they’re okay.
I just can’t return.

So we go on a Thursday night. The place is packed. Good sign, right? Hostess is MIA, no sign of a single employee anywhere. Just patrons. Finally (after several minutes of awkward waiting) the manager comes and makes a half-ass excuse and seats us. Another 10 minutes goes by and FINALLY the server, Angel, comes to take a drink order - which took another 10 minutes to arrive. At which time she takes a food order. And disappears. She's just... Gone to somewhere. I'm assuming into some pit of despair, judging by how her face looked when I finally saw her an entire HALF HOUR LATER... with no food. No food, no offer to top off drinks, nothing. She just walks past. By now, the restaurant is almost empty as they wait for the late crowd. Another 20 minutes pass and still no food. I was done. I was not going to wait for who knows how long for food that was probably cold or, more likely, not even ordered.

So. Don't waste your time or energy going here. I have no idea how the food is, but, going by my experience tonight - it's probably gross.

If I could do .5 out of 5 I would.
To start we waited about 7 minutes before our server got to us, she brought our drinks and then took our order & disappeared. My drink sat empty for 15 minutes (I don't drink fast). The food came and was a disaster. Both of our sides were incorrect, server still not anywhere to be found. I had to flag a manager just to get the correct sides @ which point he didn't ask if I needed a refill. Server finally comes by and I get my refill, what do you know the coke was now flat but server is MIA again so just had ice with the meal. Asked for a to go soda & what do you know, it never came, just the bill. Burgers okay. Evident they do not care

Came in and was seated, then proceeded to wait 25 minutes with no server approaching, no one asked us if we wanted any drinks or food and no utensils or water was provided. We then promptly left. 0/10 customer service, na/10 for food we never got to order, pleasant atmosphere ruined by no service :(

The Ahwatukee location is a hit or miss but never consistent. If you order online during the week, be ready to wait after the estimated ready time. The sweet potato fries have lately been delivered extra crispy and it takes away from the taste. The wings are usually cooked just right, but lacks enough sauce. Would not recommend to takeout at this location as the service and quality is definitely low.

Tonight my husband, my son and I went to this establishment on Chandler Blvd. We have been here many times in the past. Tonight I ordered a Cobb salad and told the waitress no tomato due to allergy. Food comes and I think all is well until I start getting itchy. When I checked the salad it had tomato seeds all through the salad. My husband asked for a manager and the kitchen manager came out. I showed him the salad. He acknowledged and said he would take it off the bill. He didn’t return. My husband got the attention of another manager who stated he or the kitchen manager did not see seeds and we were wrong. I’m sitting there with visible hives on my face, neck, and arms. As my husband was trying to explain the manager walked away. He didn’t not even ask if I was okay. The waitress brought the bill and a box. The service was very disappointing and it’s a shame this is how they treat someone with an allergy. Who calls a customer a liar and walks away mid conversation. Neither manager came out of the kitchen the rest of the time we were there. This use to be among one of the fav spots to go as we live local. We’ve spent a lot of money here over the few years we’ve lived in Ahwatukee, especially with our kids sports events through the school year.

Managers are unprofessional. We told the waiter no tomatoes on the salad, which I’m sure she relayed to the kitchen. Our salad came and my wife mixed it up and began eating until her mouth started to itch. She looked closely and there were tomato seeds all over her salad. We told one manager and he apologized, took the salad back and wouldn’t charge us for it. My wife had to go into the restroom to wash out the tomato seeds and her face and throat were reacting to the food allergy. I told another manager and he didn’t believe there were tomatoes on her salad. He also claimed the other manager didn’t see tomato seeds on the salad and neither did the kitchen staff. We told him we showed the other manager and he acted as if we were lying. I let him know if that’s the case we are not coming back and he got upset and walked off to the back. I didn’t see either manager come back out and I waited to confirm with the first one that took her plate. I waited for a bit but they did not come out, we paid for our food and left. We’ve been here plenty of times and we had good service but this is the last time we will go. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and unfortunately they ruined the dinner experience.

Had dinner with my wife, great food and place, recently had an order pickup and Shawn the store manager was able to take care of my concerns with everything, will be coming back and recommend this spot
