Store manager Melissa is so rude and unprofessional, she was so disrespectful on the phone .
It's okay. They don't overwhelm you with anything really tbh. Is it good ice cream? Yeah, is it worth the price, it's debatable. It's more like, hurry up and get out the door type of place these days because we can't get enough staff. I get it, I do. But I can walk over to Frys, and get a pint, and some toppings and feel way more nostalgic. Cold Stone used to feel nostalgic and unique, now it's just Stone Cold Demeanors and Personality. The Ice cream scoop has become the modern pick axe to the miners working the grind behind the counter. Do I blame the worker, nah. It just helped me realize that the people that work there have been stripped down the studs and have lost the sense of joy and purpose, and the vision of company has completely lost touch with it's employees and the markets. Tonight, I ate a cup of mediocre cookie dough ice cream, and a side of perception of a depressed economic and social outlook. Thank you for the experience.

Do not come to this Cold Stone if You are in any kind of hurry, at all! I walked in this Cold Stone today at 12:45pm. There were only 3 people in the store, two where sitting in the corner by the ready made ice cream for sale not eating or ordering any ice cream. While the 3rd person had ordered at the counter, and it was taking the crew member so long to try and fix the ice cream, they went to the bathroom, only to find out upon exiting the bathroom the crew member was still struggling with trying to mix the ice cream and toppings on the Cold Stone, without much success?
From the time I walked in, and the entire time I stood there waiting to order ice cream I was NEVER greeted, acknowledged, or even spoke to at any point! After about 10 mins of hearing pot n pans rattle in the back, and this poor under-trained crew member struggling to even mix 2 scoops of ice cream with toppings, I just walked out the door without ordering anything! I couldn't ask that poor crew member to even try to make me a 3 scoop in a waffle Bowl, but they didn't have any of the waffle bowls made up either!!!
I've been to other Cold Stone in other locations and the crew members were putting on shows, talking to everyone, getting the people pumped up watching their ice cream being hand mixed, it was Amazing!!! NOT THIS PLACE, NOT AT ALL!

What’s the point of having 3 workers inside if only one of them is going to take care of the guests in the store? We have an older girl who looks strung out acting like she’s busy so she doesn’t have to deal with customers. A young kid who looks like he hates his life, only working on online orders, and then the one taking care of the guests inside the store. I literally walked out after 15 minutes in line because ice cream wasn’t worth the time and anger. As someone who works at a restaurant, get some better workers who will atleast try to fake that they care.

I rarely leave any reviews but the way this so called Manager spoke to me was unacceptable! I Ordered online. Received the wrong order so I called up to the store to let them know I did not receive the correct order and asked how it could be rectified. The Manager Melissa was immediately rude to me and told me she made the ice cream herself after it was made by someone else. She stated she never looked at the order online but just the drivers phone and stated that I was lucky to get any ice cream at all. When I asked why she was being so rude, she stated she wasn’t. I asked again how the situation could be handled. At that time, I was told that I would have to go through a third party to receive a refund even after I tried to explain that I ordered from coldstone directly. I stated that she was rude and should show some type of customer service since it was an error on her end after stating that I order the same thing, the same way, all the time. She finally agreed to refund me but never once offered any kind of apology and lacked accountability. She then hung up in my face. This person who calls herself the manager was very rude for absolutely no reason and this is completely unacceptable.

Hello although I haven't always had my account with coldstones I have been a customer for decades. I love coldstones and I hate that I recieved such a terrible experience at one of your locations. Coldstone colonnade, 1949 E Camelback Rd. When we entered the two ladies on duty took forever to address us and then when making our orders the ladies proceeded with a personal conversation about what they going to be doing later. Meanwhile not making our order right. Then there was another time we ordered Togo not only was the lid not secure on the tops but the order wasn't right again. I don't know if I can trust going to this location again. I did reach out to the manager of the store, he never mentioned his name in the email, and he said he would give me a refund and I never got it. Please do better.

The last 2 times I’ve gone I’ve had issues. The first time they closed the store before the posted closing time. Last time I went and tried to order a kids size “signature flavor” and they tell me they don’t do “signature flavors” in the kids size. Not sure when that started because I’ve ordered it multiple times as recent as 2 weeks ago. My kid wasn’t able to get the ice cream she wanted. Workers generally look unhappy to be there.. I won’t be returning.

If you don't know the answer to the question about your menu, the WORST answer you can give your customer is, "I DON'T KNOW." I should not have to ask if you can ask someone that knows. One day, you'll learn.

No line, took a long time to get an ice cream. Finally got it, half of it was melted. If I wanted a milkshake, I would have ordered a milkshake. Left it for the birds.
