I had a small mishap the other day. at Stone Cold- I went into the ice cream shop the next day and I spoke to the manager, Sophia.She listened carefully and she corrected the situation quickly. She was professional, communicative and courteous. She provided good customer service, which sadly has become a lost art in America. I will say, other employees should be trained to provide better customer service.

I rarely give five stars. I allways leave room for error.

Employees don't seem to want to do their job during business hours.

Went around 3 and doors were locked but employees were inside. I didnt stay long and left because I did not want to deal with that. I don't think they want business. Leave them alone.

I placed an order for 4:30 pickup at the pan american location and got there to pick up the ice cream after i ran a few errands i got there 4:20 and was waiting more than 15 minutes to even get inside because the doors were locked and the lady was somewhere off in the back. They had 3 other cars come up also waiting to go in. The doors didn’t get unlocked until 4:35 which isn’t right to any of the customers especially an online order. I tried calling as well but the phones got turned off or i’m not too sure but it was very unprofessional and upsetting to see somebody walking around inside but not opening the door for anyone.

I am writing to express my strong disappointment after witnessing an unacceptable incident at your store. A young employee was verbally attacked by a customer who was clearly attempting to get free ice cream. Despite the customer’s aggressive and belligerent behavior, the employee remained calm, professional, and patient while simply following store policy.
The customer was upset about having to pay for toppings and claimed her ice cream was incorrect. The employee courteously offered to fix the issue, yet the customer continued to escalate demanding her entire order be free and threatening to call corporate. It was appalling to witness a grown adult yelling at a young staff member over something so trivial.
What’s equally concerning is that no manager intervened to de-escalate the situation or protect the employee. This lack of leadership is unacceptable. Employees especially young ones should never be left to handle verbal abuse alone. I strongly urge this location’s management and corporate leadership to address this matter immediately and ensure better oversight and protection for staff moving forward.

I also want to acknowledge that my own experience with these young ladies was absolutely excellent. Even after enduring that incident, she remained polite, attentive, and professional. She represented your company with grace under pressure, and she deserves recognition for how well she handled herself.

One of the best Cold Stones I’ve been to. Store was impeccably clean, service friendly and they didn’t skimp on portions.

Clean location and great service from the girls, Sophia was super sweet and nice. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

The pricing was a little steep nonetheless the customer service was phenomenal. shout out to Isabella and her manager we didn’t get her name. Their customer service was great! Me and my wife will be returning

Very clean. The courtesy level was virtually non-existent. The young lady who helped me was very “get it over with” but got my order correct & was pleasant. Over my last 4-5 visits, I am noticing a theme. Disengaged workers who are heads down, filling orders & it looks like the manager does not coach customer service & courtesy at all…as he is not that courteous himself. The product never disappoints, but the energy is not very welcoming at all.

17:10-17:16pm 8/6 The smaller hispanic lady and black lady neither of which greeted or acknowledged us the entire time we stood there not even “We will be right with you” “let me know when you are ready to order” “Hello welcome in” they just instead stood in front of the office door way complaining about something, we did stand there looking at the menu for a moment, but then we stood at the register, both girls took no motive to say anything even when I change my position and was ready to order. Set it aside, let it go, and do your job within customer service that was whack and we came in on our birthday to just walk out. Takes nothing but a second to ACKNOWLEDGE.

I have been helping a friend, that loves Coldstone, after he lost a leg in a car accident. A couple of weeks ago he had me get him a yummy, big bowl of cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chips and brownies and he told me that Vicki made his bowl absolutely perfectly! I came in today to get my friend his favorite again and Vicki was working again too! My friend was very excited today when I texted him that. However, there was a second gal working today by the name of Casey and she was awesome too! I want this to sound respectful because I'm probably old enough to be their grandfather but both of those young women are absolutely wonderful! I really enjoyed spending a few minutes chatting with them both. I was the only one in there at the time so I promise no one was waiting while we were talking. However, it's those kind of young people that give me hope for the future. Please hang on to both of them because I will definitely be visiting more with those two around! They were both intelligent, kind, and helpful and Vicki even remembered me from my last visit which was probably a couple of weeks ago! It's those kind of small things that keep me going back and will I continue to do so! Oh yeah, the ice cream is pretty darn good too! Next time your sweet tooth is acting up, do yourself a favor and go to Coldstone and if you're lucky both Vicki and Casey will be working and give you the best ice cream and conversations you've ever had!
