Bar Bianco Reviews
Unfortunately the quality isn't there like it used to be. The antipasto was really bad. Hardly any flavor and a weird combination of vegetables. The Panzanela salad was tasteless and the special chicken dish was so oily and dry and the chicken was rubbery. The pizza was still good.
food was fabulous! staff great and we eat here every time we come through Phoenix--we have been to both locations and despite being from LA--where there's another Pizza Bianco--we have yet to try.

Bar Bianco is a popular spot known for its friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is busy, making reservations a must, but the service remains polite and fast. The menu features generous portions, with standout dishes like the focaccia and delicious pizzas, including favorites like the WiseGuy, which is perfectly delicious. The Smokey Grapefruit cocktail is also a highlight. Although waits can be long, the food is consistently good, making it a recommended place, especially with a reservation. Guests enjoy the option to eat inside or out and are encouraged to try every pizza and save room for dessert. While some suggest a need for more low-cost Italian wines or salads, everything served is wonderful, ensuring a great experience.
