I had a small mishap the other day. at Stone Cold- I went into the ice cream shop the next day and I spoke to the manager, Sophia.She listened carefully and she corrected the situation quickly. She was professional, communicative and courteous. She provided good customer service, which sadly has become a lost art in America. I will say, other employees should be trained to provide better customer service.

I rarely give five stars. I allways leave room for error.

I am writing to express my strong disappointment after witnessing an unacceptable incident at your store. A young employee was verbally attacked by a customer who was clearly attempting to get free ice cream. Despite the customer’s aggressive and belligerent behavior, the employee remained calm, professional, and patient while simply following store policy.
