Hello although I haven't always had my account with coldstones I have been a customer for decades. I love coldstones and I hate that I recieved such a terrible experience at one of your locations. Coldstone colonnade, 1949 E Camelback Rd. When we entered the two ladies on duty took forever to address us and then when making our orders the ladies proceeded with a personal conversation about what they going to be doing later. Meanwhile not making our order right. Then there was another time we ordered Togo not only was the lid not secure on the tops but the order wasn't right again. I don't know if I can trust going to this location again. I did reach out to the manager of the store, he never mentioned his name in the email, and he said he would give me a refund and I never got it. Please do better.

The last 2 times I’ve gone I’ve had issues. The first time they closed the store before the posted closing time. Last time I went and tried to order a kids size “signature flavor” and they tell me they don’t do “signature flavors” in the kids size. Not sure when that started because I’ve ordered it multiple times as recent as 2 weeks ago. My kid wasn’t able to get the ice cream she wanted. Workers generally look unhappy to be there.. I won’t be returning.

If you don't know the answer to the question about your menu, the WORST answer you can give your customer is, "I DON'T KNOW." I should not have to ask if you can ask someone that knows. One day, you'll learn.

No line, took a long time to get an ice cream. Finally got it, half of it was melted. If I wanted a milkshake, I would have ordered a milkshake. Left it for the birds.

The service was sad, both girl working tonight seemed depressed. No one greeted or served with a smile, felt like I was bothering them asking for ice cream. This is an ice cream shop, no happy vibes in sight.

Cold stone has always been a little over priced for what they give. I came here the other day and got a "like it" and they gave me the smallest scoop and somehow I'm paying $10. There were like 4-5 people working but they were moving very slow and it was a lot of young kids. So waited about 30 minutes in line before talking to anyone. The ambiance could be better; it was pretty dirty when I went and one of the bathrooms reeked and you could smell it while you were waiting in line it was making me nauseous. I tried the new Barbie "pink cotton candy" ice cream which was pretty good tho. If you create your own you get one free topping, and I asked for strawberries and she literally gave me like 1 little strawberry, it was nothing

Unbelievable horrible customer service! Three people (girls) working behind the counter or should I say ignoring customers from behind the counter, I was the only customer in the store! no acknowledgment nothing stood there for minutes, then walked out!

This was my sons $75 graduation cake they thought was acceptable to present to us and after confronting would not issue a refund. It was supposed to have have graduation hats and colors were navy blue and red. (Not baby blue) The writing on the cake looks like a 2 year old did it and the actual cake was gross. Extremely disappointing with the experience! Especially in the management at the Camelback location- "offering me some free ice cream " and corporate not even returning my call! Pretty sure this company can do better than this. Thanks for ruining my son's graduation dessert and doing absolutely NOTHING to make it right.

I’m a loyal customer for this location…I came in asking for the usual and this is what they gave me. The guy knew me and asked me to repeat my order. So mean.Btw this is the usual: Brownie Delight with strawberries

It is important to note that in any of these ice cream/gelato places, it is way cheaper to purchase a pint of their ice cream rather than a scoop. They have 3 different sizes for their take-home boxes. I bought an Everybody's which is that stereotypical 48oz box size that you would see in grocery stores. This costs $20 whereas a grocery store would charge you around $6. So surely, with a price like that, the quality of ice cream should at least be double the quality you would find in a grocery store, right? Right? Wrong. It was nice that there was 18 different flavors to choose from and this particular Cold Stone allowed me to put up to 4 flavors (some places will restrict you to 2 flavors). I got 3: cheese cake, watermelon sorbet, and coconut. The watermelon sorbet wasn't very good but the cheesecake and coconut were delicious. They do have a rewards program, but the prices here are just way too expensive.
