I liked the ice cream, but the service felt rushed. The staff could have been more patient, and my order wasn’t mixed well. I asked for different nuts, but there weren’t enough added. It was tasty, but the experience could have been handled with more care.

I’ve been visiting the Cold Stone Creamery on Camelback for almost two years now, and it has consistently been my favorite spot for ice cream. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely personal manager. She goes above and beyond to make every visit feel special, always greeting customers with a warm smile and making sure the experience is top-notch. You can tell that she takes pride in her store and the service provided.

I had a small mishap the other day. at Stone Cold- I went into the ice cream shop the next day and I spoke to the manager, Sophia.She listened carefully and she corrected the situation quickly. She was professional, communicative and courteous. She provided good customer service, which sadly has become a lost art in America. I will say, other employees should be trained to provide better customer service.

I rarely give five stars. I allways leave room for error.
