We stopped by for a sweet treat tonight and was blown away by the service from Andreas. Not only was he incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in, but he also mastered the mixing process. Sometimes you get uneven mix-ins, but Andreas made sure everything was distributed perfectly in every bite. He was patient while I decided on my order and kept a smile on his face the whole time. If you visit this location, definitely look for Andreas, he takes customer service to the next level!

Ordered the medium size, and got small size portion. I go to cold stone 2 some times 3 times a week. And other locations are really good about serving size and portions. Coming to coldstone is something i look forward to, but i was disappointed. The staff is nice and polite, but i think they are not properly trained. I can buy ice cream and toppings and do it at home for a fraction of the cost. So if i have to drive to a cold stone and pay 11 plus dollars, give me what i am paying for.

I came 10/1 around 9pm. The two young boys working were so sweet and welcoming, not a common experience of mine when I visit any Cold Stone. They were so kind and pushed orders without seeming stressed or annoyed. They even looked like they were actually having a good time working. I don’t know who these boys are but I know this work ethic will take them a long way. I hope they get the kudos they deserve.

Ice cream bowl was good. Milkshake was disgusting. It was made way too liquidy and served anyways. Waste of money.

I ordered curbside pickup, because I have a broken foot and a cast. I arrived and parked right out front. Called the store and told them I’m outside for my curbside pickup order. The girl told me they don’t do curbside pickup and asked me why I can’t just walk in. I told her I have a broken foot, which is why I ordered curbside, but that I guess I’ll just try hopping in on one foot. She only responded with okay… then I enter the store and she doesn’t acknowledge me for about 5 minutes.

The ice cream is always fantastic here and the service far exceeds the expectation. This location of cold Stone really knows how to deliver a great experience.
I went tonight 10/25/2024 and the gentleman who helped me was very courteous and made my first time experience at Cold Stone a fantastic one! The place was very clean. The ice cream was delicious!

These guys litterally suck they can't read and have no clue how to do anything right they have screwed up my order for the last time. I have gotten the wrong items over 6 times from this place it's almost comical how poorly they perform here. I will never come back not worth it when they pump out topingless ice cream what a joke for how much I pay for it I could buy a goddammit gallon. Sorry but hope anyone else's experience is better. I'll just go to yogurtini instead at least I'm smart enough to make my ice cream

Omg I come here all the time a this weird guy name Jackson gonna try to give me the smallest scoops of ice cream now remind you i come here all the time and the way he just treated me was not cool I took my money and I’m going to another cold stone because I felt discriminated not once have anyone at this location treated me like this but hey my money will spend somewhere else I want the manger to reach out to me if they care about they customers

I heard of the saying a generous serving, but holy smokes this girl went over and beyond the call of duty. Look at the size of this overstuffed large cup of cheesecake ice cream. When I saw that, I said ok kiddo you just got yourself a nice tip ?
