Wow just picked up an online order from here . The young girl behind the counter pretty much threw the bag in my face unbelievable very unprofessional! maybe hire a nicer crew , I will contact the manager as well

OMG. I never knew this could be so good. Took my kids and so surprised at the quality. I don't even get why it was so delicious but i wanted to come back again the next day.

Don't Even Bother!!Dust is everywhere, hanging off the ceiling fans just waiting to fall in someone's food. Employees were all hiding in the back listening to explicit music arguing about who's turn it was to go out and help customers! Went in to get the new Barbie cake I've been seeing on social media and was VERY disappointed to see they didn't have it despite it saying it's available online! My daughters birthday is this Thursday so hopefully another location has their stuff together a little better than this place does!(Also sent a complaint into corporate over 48 hours ago and still haven't heard ANYTHING! ColdStone just isn't what I remember growing up, very sad to see.)

This is the worst place I have ever been. Long wait and there is only one worker which is not professional! The restaurant is also very hot as fuck which it should not be. All ice cream were melting when I was ordering.

I got the Silk non dairy chocolate ice cream with Oreo mixed in. The prices have gone up a little since I last went but the cashier was super friendly and helpful when I asked what vegan options there were. Will be back!

Excellant service; very patient and kind with serving so many, and way of talking to customers was very professional and polite. You would never known it was the end of the young man's shift and after serving several people and 5 of us. He was 100% til the end!

I'm paid nine dollars for a watery soupy cake shake. I was with people and had to get going otherwise I would have said something. Won't be wasting money at cold stone anymore.

Walked in around 8:45pm with a few of my cousins. A male teenager helped the first few of us and then a female teenager walked up and said "who's next?" in sort of a harsh tone. I let it slide, because I'm sure I wouldn't have the best attitude working their either. We pay and go to sit outside at one of their tables. My cousins and I were talking for about 25 minutes when the female worker comes out and says "sorry to bother you, but I need to bring this table inside". I would like to point out that she had kicked us out at 9:20 (we checked the time!). The store didn't even close for another 40 minutes and it wasn't like we were inside either and they needed to mop or something. So my cousins and I stood by our cars to talk for a bit longer. The female worker brought the table inside and stacked all of the chairs. 40 minutes before closing time. We weren't super happy. And then around 9:50, a group of girls came to the store and were turned down by the workers. Just seems like once it hits an hour before closing, these workers just check out. You could tell they were closing down the store early so they could leave right at 10. Super annoying.Overall, the ice cream was good (as always with Coldstone), but I was highly annoyed with the way we were treated at this store.

We have visited a few times in the last 6 months and it's filthy every single time. Trash on the floor, dead bugs, countertops are dirty. I couldn't even set my purse down when paying. One girl came off her break to help and didn't wash her hands. I know it's under construction right now but it has been this way long before that. I love the ice cream but just can't do this location anymore. Not sure where owners or management are??
