I went to go see Lacy Sturm and her music was AMAZING. I GOT TO ENJOY ISLANDERR. Ive never heard of them but they were soo much fun. In the end i got a guitar pick and a shirt. I would 100% see both of them again!!

I went to an event here & unfortunately I had a panic attack during one of the artist’s performances. I had to take a seat suddenly which was the floor in front of the stage amongst the crowd. The staff came & picked me up & lead me towards the exit. I asked to use the restroom. The staff said no. In my opinion the staff mishandled this situation. The staff didn’t understand my disability & the intense panic attack that I was having. They offered no help in this crisis I was experiencing. I wrote an email the next day asking who I should follow up with to address my concerns. I wrote again a week later. My email has not been answered.

has potential. don't understand all the great reviews, as this is the last place I'd ever want to see a show of an artist I care about. how to fix: restaurant or venue, pick one. if venue:
ditch the bleachers. 21+ only sell 20% less tickets hire a sound engineer knock down the wall and ditch the patio.
fix those, baby you got a stew going. as it is, i wouldn't go here to see a puppet show. it's always packed like sardines, on top of that, you have these poor food runners and servers trying to wade through the crowd. it's uncomfortable.
there are so many more venues that don't have any of these issues. wish it wasn't the case. we have tried more than a few times and it's always the same story.

My experience at this venue was unfortunately very disappointing. The staff displayed a noticeable lack of coordination and professionalism throughout the event. Several employees appeared unsure of their responsibilities, and requests for assistance were met with slow responses or dismissive attitudes. Basic customer service standards, such as attentiveness, clear communication, and courteous interaction, were consistently lacking.
While the facility itself is beautiful and inclusive, the team working there significantly diminished the overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as the current level of service makes it difficult to recommend this venue for future events.

I’ve been a few time but nothing could have changed my mind until this last event. ADA IS A LIABILITY! My fellow disabled friends this is not a friendly venue. They do not recognize ANY disability. Please just skip this one… the manager and staff will gaslight, including belittling and laughing at you. Have some self love and skip this venue for all future events.
Walking around downtown Phoenix we lucked into finding this fun spot. The bar service is pretty fast and the Reststop was our favorite of the craft cocktails. They do have a great cider on tap too. They do have a fun concert space that we didn't indulge in but the folks we saw heading in and out were clearly having a great time.
