oct 2025 was the first time i went to crescent post-spinal cord injury for the sextile + automatic show.

i didn’t know to ask for a fenced off wheelchair section to be put in place. at that show, i was at the mercy of the crowd; constantly being jostled and unable to see the stage. it’s quite uncomfortable as a wheelchair user to have people running into you/your chair in a crowd. it’s an immovable object in a very fluid environment.

Great place to see a show. Intimate and well thought out. Fully staffed, full size bars on both ends of the venue make getting a drink quick. Taco bar outside was good. Sound is good and the lights are pretty dated but I do not know if those things are the responsibility of the house or band.

such a cool venue, i’ve seen all my favorite smaller artists here. the under 21 section can be a little frustrating when it comes to the amount of space available in the venue, but it obviously has its purpose for being there.
