The cookies are delicious, the employees who work at night are very friendly. I was there one night and I saw people coming to pick up their order and they are not friendly to the employees. They are rude people. The handlers have to be more attentive to what is happening in the store. safety of young people who work especially at night

The cookies were delicious but rhe customer service was terrible. NOT friendly at all.
I do love Crumbl cookies. However at this location they have the issue of running out of a certain cookie or what they need to make it and they don’t tell me until after I’ve completed my purchase. I’ve been multiple times and they are out of the cookies I’ve ordered. Why can’t they just put a sign by the kiosk. Why do I have to pay for the cookies I want then I find out they don’t have them. It’s just frustrating because they do replace them with other cookies but that’s not what I came for. I get running out of product, but at least mention it when people walk in or mark it off the pos system.
