Berlin was so sweet and welcoming! She had such a good attitude and made the experience so much better. She was super friendly and helpful, and you could tell she cared about giving good customer service. Definitely made my visit better!
Always good cookies! Except thru door dash it seems to always get it wrong or being to lazy 😔 this last time littleDebbie zebra and Brownie had no frosting or sprinkles and gave us a unicorn cookie! But I just leave to online ordering alone. But much luv 😽
It’s like Crumbl knew EXACTLY what it was doing when they decided to leave the location closest to me open until midnight. It’s always clean, always smells like heaven, and the staff is always attentive, adorable, and kind. The only time I got the wrong cookies through app ordering, they immediately took care of it without any trouble.
