While the food can be tasty sometimes, the service is horrendous. I literally had a manager argue with the server that 4 pieces of chicken was a full order and then argue with me that 7 pieces was the equivalent of double chicken - which I had ordered and paid for. I wrote corporate and heard zero back. Cute commercial by founders but they made at have checked out since then. Its unfortunate.
Excellent service, staff was friendly right as I walked in. Made great recommendations. Bugolgi was well done, and rice and noodles inside the bowl were delicious. Food quickly served even though many orders were in process.

I ordered online and walked all the way to the building on my break and the order wasn't even started yet. I was okay with that. But I got back to work and started to eat to find out that the rice either is old, dry rice, or it was not cooked all the way. The rice is crunchy, cold, and not good.
