We made reservations and chose to sit where we could chat with the Bar staff and the owner about the menu, inspiration, and watch all the beautiful food come out of the kitchen. Everything we tried was full of flavor with super fresh ingredients and appropriate portion sizes. We can't wait to come back, and try even more!

What an amazing experience! We loved the atmosphere and the personal touch with the owner Audrey visiting our table. Everything we had was so, so good. Dates were incredible and the Tomahawk steak memorable. The wine she suggested made the meal come together. This restaurant hit it out of the ballpark!!! We will be back and recommend it to friends.

What a fantastic new addition to the culinary world in Phoenix. Was searching for dinner and tequila and thank you Yelp for leading me to Dahlia. Tried about half the menu, olives, asparagus, dates, iberica jamon, octopus, lamb, shrimp! The lamb and asparagus were my favorite. Definitely give this place a try.

The servers at Dahlia are friendly and knowledgeable and the food is delicious. My only minor complaint was about the timing. Tapas can definitely be served all at once for grazing, but as a party of two, we were trying to have it more course as a meal. We ordered several dishes and they specifically said that they would make sure to space them out. Instead, we got all of them within the span of 10 to 15 minutes, which made the dinner feel a bit rushed.
First time in and AMAZING dinner- BEST so far of 2024. Food and wine pairing from Audrey was spot on. We may have found our new spot and look forward to returning with friends. Superb service and love the ambiance!! Thanks for making it a special night for us.
Food and service were fabulous. We sat on the patio. At times, a loud car going by interrupted the conversation but mostly the noise level was fine. The patio is tucked in on the side of the building.

WOW! What a great find. My husband and I have been hoping for a new restaurant in our neighborhood, and after last night's dinner, I can definitely call this a neighborhood gem! We were greeted warmly by Audrey, one of the owners. She made us feel right at home right away. Dahlia is a seriously adorable space. It's decorated simply yet modern, with exposed brick, steel and steel barstools. The vibe is warm and inviting. We began with the Argentinian pink shrimp which was amazing. Cooked to perfection, not rubbery or underdone. The spice mixture is incredible, and the two sauces complimented the shrimp perfectly. Next, we had the potato croquettes. WOW! Crunchy on the outside, resting on a bed on a beautifully red sauce and a dollop of crema. Yum! Next, for the entree, I had the lamb chops and my husband had the rib eye steak. The lamb chops were delicious, but prepared well done. Although the meat was pretty tender, I would have preferred a medium rare or medium. I didn't think to request the level of "doneness," as normally lamb (in my experience) has been presented that way. His steak was incredible, requested and served medium rare (our server did inquire how he wanted them cooked. And the steak, at 16 ounces, was big enough to bring home what we didn't (couldn't!) eat as we had so much great food. I will add that the wine, a chardonnay, was served at room temperature and it really could have been chilled. I certainly can't subtract a * for that one small thing. Thanks to Audrey and her team for making us feel great, the incredible food and ambiance. Thank you again, and see you soon!
