Recently ventured to Dahlia Tapas for a delightful evening, and it surpassed all expectations. As a new addition to the neighborhood, it's already making waves with its unique charm and flavors. Owned by the incredible Audrey, who radiates warmth and hospitality, and complemented by the sweet and knowledgeable server, Reina, the experience was nothing short of magical. Loved our first meal here! We made reservations to sit at the bar and appreciated the opportunity to chat with bar staff and the owner.We enjoyed so much amazing food, and already have our dishes picked for our next visit! A new Phoenix favorite!

Food: we ordered the potato croquettes and they were amazing!! Drinks: I ordered the black dahlia and it was so tasty I could've easily drinks those all night Service: everyone was so friendly and helpful. Aubrey and Fernando were the best and Chef Andrew even came out and chatted w us about the menu. They were all phenomenal and you can tell they have a passion for the restaurant Ambiance: so cozy and such great neighborhood feel, great vibes and feels like home
