Ivr been getting the peanut buster parfait for many many years, and today I got one and it tasted off, like they changed the fudge or something. Maybe the store ran out and substituted it but it tasted like dollar store hot fudge. It was nasty.

Read the receipt. -CHOCO BROWNIE EXTREME Why is the ice cream vanilla swirl and not CHOCOLATE? ADD Walnut, they added 4 walnut, cool. ADD brownie, ??? Where’s the extra if there were already about 4 brownie pieces This is the 4th time they’ve done this. After being scolded for asking to correct my order I’ll just bring all the janky orders to the reviews. I don’t care for an apology, Do better than to play with people’s money and food!

The menu on the marque said flavor of the frosty said salted carmel. When we opened the frosty at home it was chocolate with chocolate chips. When we went back to complain, they gave my husband a hard time. So I went in, and they told me there is carmel chips in it. I said your board says salted carmel flavor, that's the flavor of the icecream. I said I have chocolate icecream at home, I don't want this. Than all 3 of the employees ganged up on me, instead of making suggestions to make me happy, no wonder my husband came back to the car, all wiped out. Than after I still insisted and didn't back down, ONLY THAN did the manager chime in. He dramatically threw the frosties in the garbage and returned our money back to our credit card. WE WILL NEVER go back there again!! Why does their board say salted carmel and why were the employees so rude, to argue with me instead of explaining in a professional way about their board saying salted carmel not chocolate with carmel chunks, that's a corporate choice if wording and would you like another flavor or our manager can reimburse you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! only the young girl who took our order was so nice and sweat. DON'T GO THERE
Poor customer service the cashier samay r at the drive thru was nasty and rude. Had to ask for a few items and she had an attitude and was bothered. Her and another girl were laughing and on their phones at the window. Not only was the service awful. The food was poorly made, ordered a chili CHEESE dog. The chili was old and there was no cheese added.

I think someone’s missing brain cells in the drive through… I ordered a small hot fudge sundae with a topping. I was first handed a blizzard and laughed and said woah that’s not mine. Repeated the order. Came back with a cone and the topping I asked for. Had to again repeat my order… he came back with vanilla ice cream with a topping and no hot fudge in a cup…. Threw it on the ground by the garbage can… oops. It’s really not that hard

Just left drive thru. Please try to hire people who sound like they enjoy their job. Having happy people make the experience and money worth it. When having people who clearly hate their job pouting while taking the order definitely will discourage a revisit. Different unfriendly girl tonight

Never experienced any personality here but they're quick. We always go inside because it's way faster than waiting at the drive thru plus it seems they put more in the blizzards when you're watching. Blizzard are always on point (when we go inside).
