I dont have much to say other than they could use more organic ingredients. Also cane sugar in most pastries rather than maple or other substitute. It’s expensive. I hate to diss an all vegan place so only will on Happy Cow, but imo needs improvement. Does have a lot of character (goth and punk vibe) which is kinda cool… Updated from previous review on 2026-02-20

Coffee shop that is not just another place with espresso machine and monin syrup.
Truly delicious and unique flavors, great atmosphere, and good 3rd space. Workers are great.

I never get to stop by as much as I would like since I live in the East valley.
Everything is vegan friendly by default! I also love that they are loud with their values and provide a safe space to the community, especially during these hard times ❤️
It gives me peace of mind knowing my money is going to a good local business and not some big corporation who doesn't give a damn about us just the revenue we bring!
