Wish I had seen the reviews before spending $15 on the breakfast sandwich. They look huge in the wrapper but that’s all bun.

Horrible service, took 25 minutes to get 5 cheeseburgers and there was no one in front of us. They all looked like they couldn’t have cared less. DO NOT EAT THERE! the burgers had no flavor and the buns were so old they were falling apart. Congrats on having a horrible restaurant!

Airport food has come a long way in recent years. This is not one of those places. It’s expensive. You can easily spend over $20 for a meal for one person. But the food wasn't even hot. It was luke warm and had no flavor. Also, the fries were soggy.

Staff was somewhat friendly but worst burger I’ve ever eaten. Bread dry, no flavor. Just awful!

No options for carnivore dieters. You have to buy the whole sandwich. No option to just sell you meat. Breakfast sandwich was $15 bucks. She wouldn’t sell me two pieces of sausage and a side of bacon. Said she doesn’t have a button on the register to just sell meat. And wasn’t about to try and figure it out. Do better deluxe burger.

Burger overpriced, bacon wasn't fully cooked. Veggies on the burger were crisp and fresh. Meat was seasoned well. Fries were ok. Better off getting Wendy's or McDonalds and saving $10-15. Also, should take Express out of the name. Took 20 minutes and they didn't have any condiments. Staff was polite and apologetic.

This “restaurant” apparently run by contract food provider, SSP America, is awful. Really. Really. Awful. For a hamburger, two chicken sandwiches, and one order of fries, you’ll be set back over $77. And it will be after a massive line, malfunctioning register, and overwhelmed staff. After a 20+ minute wait, the worst is yet to come. The food is awful. Cold soggy fries cooked in advance. All the sandwiches made incorrectly and not as ordered. No one in your party will be happy… All of these SSP restaurants suck in the A terminal. Why would a reputable airport contract such lousy food and service? It’s a nasty look for travelers coming to and from Phoenix to have such garbage. Shame on you!

first i wanna say the man working there was very friendly! i appreciate him making conversation with me.
the food was terrible. burger was very dry, it didn't come with sauce? the bread was dry and falling apart and the burger was entirely flavorless. it tasted like something youd get at a school lunch. i paid $27 for a burger and a bottle of water which i think is just insane even for the airport. it genuinely put me in a bad mood for like a solid hour later just because of how much i paid for something that tasted like it was microwaved. please never go here 😭

Check your food if you order from here. I paid for $21 burgers (!) for my wife and me, and they only gave us one. And they have no phone number to call and complain. The Phoenix airport needs to shut these ripoff artists down and install real restaurants.

Worst $11 malt ever - also someone had a chair break on them and not a single employee came to check on them afterwards. I think this is some kind of money laundering scam
