One star. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful, but that's where it ended. $22 for a burger that was so incredibly dry, and an extra $3 for lukewarm, limp, and soggy fries. Nearly $12 for a strawberry shake that tasted like spoiled milk with jello mix. Do not go here, we spent $50 for this garbage.
Yes, it's airport food, but come on!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Delux Burger Express, located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The staff member who assisted me was extremely unprofessional—she threw my food at me in a blatantly disrespectful manner. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it.

Furthermore, the food was of very poor quality and tasted unpleasant. This level of service and food preparation is entirely unacceptable, especially at a major international airport that serves as a gateway to the city of Phoenix.

I strongly urge airport management to investigate Delux Burger Express and take the necessary corrective measures. Experiences like this negatively impact travelers and reflect poorly on the airport as a whole

When you walk up to order and they say it will be 15 to 20 minutes for a hamburger order, on a very limited menu, You just leave. So, if the owner wants to know the problem with revenue…. There you are. Glad I could help.

Paid 28usd for fries and a burger, it took 20 minutes for them while not very busy to make the food. Burger was overcooked and not good at all. Fries were a bit overcooked beyond crispy.

10 minutes for fries, asked if they were made recently and was told'i don't know I just got here'. I bet they would have been yummy hot but $6.50 for a BK medium size fry? one of the 3 workers on shift was nice.

Customer service and waiting time is awful. The cashiers were completely rude to customers as they ordered or asked for an update on their food.

Burgers are just ok and the service is slow. More important…$20+ for a normal burger?!? Shares a common seating area with a few other places, which is fine but it’s often crowded and tables are dirty.

TLDR: NOT FAST & Expensive.

Estimated time was 15-20 minutes for 2 burgers and one order of fries with only 2 orders ahead of us. Got our two burgers (20 bucks each) after 25 minutes but were told they had not even dropped our fries in the fryer. We said that is fine we don't need fries as our flight was final boarding. Another clerk came up and said they DID have our fries ready. I said okay then we will take them. She replied that we already told her we did not want them. I said if they are ready we will take them. She just stood there looking at me and I asked her why she is standing here and not bagging my fries. She walked to the back out of sight. They didn't even bag our burgers in one of the hundreds of bags they had ready to use. The cook in the back needs a lesson from SpongeBob. He doesn't start cooking the patties for one order until he has already sent out the previous order. Worst experience.

Quality burger and fries without the crowd. And some Solid dipping sauce. The garlic ranch was killer 👌🏽

Open until 10 pm in the airport but only serves food off the grill until 930 pm. Was turned away but told we could get food out of the cooler. We just landed and we're trying to get something other than snacks from the convenience stores and kiosks. Glad we didn't get food after seeing the prices and all the bad reviews. Makes for a bad atmosphere and experience. People just trying to get out of working to go home.
