The register was not able to print out my receipt for expensing. When asking the attendent for help, she was completely unresponsive and rude. Would have been nice to have notice that their system is broken and doesn’t work

Such a disappointing restaurant! I wasted over $30 on a plain burger and French fries here. I was so sad about how poor the food quality was, especially with the high prices. Go eat literally anywhere else!

The server threw a temper tantrum when I asked why it takes over 15 minutes to make a burger. DO NOT COME HERE EVER. Not worth it. Takes forever and if you question it, they argue and throw a tantrum. I’m not exaggerating. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever visited.

My partner and I ate here and we were underwhelmed. The prices were egregious ($30 for a burger, fries, and a soda) and the food was very slow to come out. They had made a mistake with my burger and remade it, leaving me with an extra sandwich my partner tried. We both felt sickly while eating the burger in particular because the meat was so greasy. Overall we recommend buying a snack at a nearby gift shop as opposed to overpaying here.

What in God's name is going on with this place? Signage and branding from the now defunct and original Delux Burger (which used to be located at 32nd and Camelback Rd here in Phoenix), has given way to this food court-level joke. It has nothing to do with quality burgers anymore. It's common Cisco food products through and through. The breakfast sandwich is $17 bucks and literally tastes like something you'd get at Jack in the Box for $2.99. This place is a rip-off masquerading as some sort of scratch-made gourmet burger kitchen. Don't be fooled. It's not the original Delux that used to be one of the best reviewed burger places in the valley 10-15 years ago. Prices are utterly absurd for what you get. I would rather eat at McDonald's or Wendy's and at least taste something familiar. Legitimately, those places have better food and for half the price. Hope this place goes out of business. Prices are absurd. Food literally tastes like re-packaged Jack in the Box. Right down to the wrapping. It's identical. I just had to laugh when I looked down at my sad little $20 breakfast. What a scam. How many people are they going to rip-off with substandard food? Avoid. You'll just end up angry and disappointed before you board your flight.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received at the Delux Burger in the PHX airport was exceptionally horrible. I was never greeted when I walked up to the counter. That should’ve been the first sign not to spend my money there. In any case, I used the self-order station to order fries. When my fries were put on the counter to be bagged, they fell over. Instead of tossing them and getting fresh fries, the worker proceeds to scoop them up in his hand and stuff them back in the carton. The girl at the counter then proceeds to give me those smashed up, dirty fries. Apparently, they didn’t know I was watching. When I ask the girl for another thing of fries because they spilled out, she seemed like she an attitude lol. Like how ridiculous can you be to think anybody would want those. And how hard is it to just get another carton of fresh fries?? I should’ve just gotten my money back because I don’t even know if she exchanged them, or just brought back those same fries. I seriously urged the manager at this location to look into hiring new employees because the ones I encountered were just outright unprofessional.

One star. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful, but that's where it ended. $22 for a burger that was so incredibly dry, and an extra $3 for lukewarm, limp, and soggy fries. Nearly $12 for a strawberry shake that tasted like spoiled milk with jello mix. Do not go here, we spent $50 for this garbage.
Yes, it's airport food, but come on!
