Called in an order for delivery... Terrible experience !!! very unprofessional! Then called back to complain, and the active manager on Nov. 22 around 2:45 pm refused to give his name, UNACCEPTABLE ! ! !

I ordered around $35 in food to my house around 9:00PM. I did not receive my order until 2.5 hours later to a delivery driver who proceeded to pound on my door because I was going to give a cash tip because I had cash and I don’t like to pre-tip anyways. The delivery driver would not let up pounding on my door and woke my family who was terrified that it was a swat team. The thing is before the driver delivered the pizza, I got a call about an hour and a half later saying they messed up on my order and I asked them to just leave the food outside because I did not want my family woken. I contacted dominoes several times and they assured me they would email back to rectify the concern. Still waiting over a week later. I will no longer utilize your services until my concerns are rectified. I know why the service happened. It was because I did not pre-tip because usually my food is delivered less than 30 minutes.

These guys are the bomb, the pizza and cheesy bread are always on point. They are so quick even when it’s busy. Luis is always so nice and it’s a pleasure to have such a friendly person serving us!

They charged me twice. For an order after they found out a mistake, they told me that the money gonna come back 24 hour later, but my bank call me and say that this store indeed charging me twice. they can’t do anything for it. Be careful with those guy .they stealing money.

Pizza was done on the edges but not in the middle. This was the highest price I ever paid for a 14" (large pizza) $27. Price is too high for what you get. My advice go somewhere else. I also put on the instructions bring it to the passenger side... He didn't, he brought it to the driver side. You would think if they ask the question they would look at the answer. I'm done with these guys.
