We had the absolute best experience at Doughbird tonight and Ben made it unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, his service was exceptional. He was warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly attentive without ever hovering. He anticipated what we needed, and made the entire evening feel seamless and relaxed. The food was also outstanding. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the margarita pizza was delicious, and the Fox Block wine is our favorite. Bonus tip - wine is half off on Tuesdays!!! We drive all the way from Gilbert, and it is completely worth it. We will absolutely be back and will specifically request Ben as our server. He turned a great meal into a five star night.

Such an amazing experience ! Muna was an amazing server and was so kind and sweet and attentive! Ben was also such a kind soul and was a great help. We had beautiful seating outside, and the both of them went out of their way to turn on the heater which required a brand new propane tank, and they still worked it out! We couldn’t have asked for a more kinder and greater service. Also, the food… wow! That rotisserie chicken is obviously a must, with some garlic lemon sauce tho… AMAZING! A side of Brussel sprouts and broccolini make it perfection. I forgot my leftovers at the restaurant, which is never a good feeling as we would give 6 stars if we could.

Pizza is good, mashed potatoes are good, blue cheese is amazing. Rotisserie chicken is mid. You're better off getting a rotisserie check from Costco.

Our experience was wonderful. I went there with two individuals that do have different food, allergies, and they were amazing with assuring that there was no cross-contamination and offered alternative suggestions.

Easily the best Italian restaurant I’ve had in the valley. The flavors in their Copper Hat pizza are so rich and diverse. As someone who’s generally critical of restaurants this was better than expected.

It was very good food. Our waiter, who looked a little like John krasinski, was super sweet and let us stay for a while beforehand to do a study, and was super ready to take our order when we were done. And they held the door for us on the way out. The food was really good too, we had pizza and salad and they were both delicious and fairly cheap for a more upscale restaurant like this one. Would recommend for a family dinner or date.
