I had birthday coupon that I wanted to use. I went with my husband to redeem my birthday reward coupon and the staff member told us that they are unable to accept it due to their money being different even though we have told the staff member that it is not a payment. We are definitely not coming back and highly do not recommend this place.

Not enough workers, they literally have 1 doing everything, leaving long lines to sit there for up to 10 minutes waiting. I've had to walk away several times because my break was almost over and I couldn't wait anymore.

Women working this morning at 11:30 06/09/25 were extremely rude. I asked for my order and it was tossed on the counter and was yelled at and told they had called it a while ago. When I had tried grabbing my order the first time it was snatched from my hand.

Employees on break out front. Nobody else working. Made eye contact with the employee then proceeded to stand there for five minutes without employee saying anything. I finally asked if anyone was working and she said “I’m on break”. She could have said something when I first walked up. Or put a sign out and take ur brake in the back.

We were the only customers when we walked up for service. There were two employees on shift who seemed distracted and were talking to each other at the register and we felt ignored for a period of time. Anyway, while it was awkward, eventually we were greeted and served. The place was clean, the coffee was good and the apple fritters were large, fresh and satisfying. My three stars could have been a five if the focus was more customer oriented.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited almost 20 min no employees to be found. No one in the back no in the entire store. They had a lime of customers waiting and zero employees to be found. Just up and left the store unattended. Dirty tables trash everywhere anyone could have walled up grabbed whatever they wanted and walked off. Disgusting
You only have 1 person working. Very in efficient and nobody wants to wait an hour for a donut!

Good luck trying to buy from here, been here a few times and never get help. Line of people waiting with no acknowledgment from the employee sitting at the back table. Can't scan and pay on your own when items are not recognized. Something so simple as a water! When I asked for help she replies she's on her 30! Sooooo your closed? Ummm ya right now was the response. Great service.
