**There is a Starbucks down in baggage claims, go there instead**This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I didn't catch the ladies name, but she had long brown hair, looked to be in her 40s. She was rude. I ordered something from the menu, and instead of telling me that they were out of the flavor, she just was like "what? " "Huh?" "What flavor?" And after repeating it several times and letting her know it's on the menu, she was like "we are out of that" ... Like, you should know what's on your menu... Then she made my drink 3/4 of the way full (with the ice already added), and another server said "just add more ice!" Ok, so I got shorted on my drink along with the bad service. Cool. Good thing I don't come to the airport often.

I came to grab a coffee while I waited for my daughter. There was a line and saw the online kiosk, so I thought I'd just place my order there and await my name to be called. After some time I noticed the line had gone and come again but my name wasn't called. I patiently waited approached the counter and asked the cashier if she had an order for Sue. The cashier then began to state that the kiosk was closed because she was the only one there and that she would go look for my order after she finished with the 4 additional people in line. The cashiers demeanor was rude and bothered. Another employee heard the interaction and came right away to make my order. Afterwards I felt it was necessary to tell the initial cashier that she was rude. The cashier then cut me off stating she was in alot of pain and me telling her that she came across rude only made her pain worst. I told her I was sorry she was in pain but that doesn't change her approach to the situation. She the raised her voice and stated she would appreciate it if I went on with my day.I asked if there was a manager and she said she's as close as I'll get to a manager. Sorry for any future customer as I won't be one.

They do not ? take Dunkin gift cards. That's very frustrating.The manager that everyone talks about on here was there, berating a worker about how to clock in or something while simultaneously telling her ? ? to serve a customer while still going on and on about proper clocking in.The food was fine. The workers were nice and gave service with a smile despite the nagging behind them. It would've been a nice place to rest from carrying bags through the airport if the manager didn't get to work there anymore.

This place is so inconsistent. Half the time I wait in line for 15 min for them to tell me they are not serving food. I wish they would staff better or put up signs so we don’t waste our whole work break waiting in line for nothing. Makes me avoid this place! The hours they are open are all over the place too. They have serious issues with their operation.

Terrible service. Make the customer wait while you take other orders and pay only attention to the other employees. Wtf. Who trains these idiots. No you're not getting a tip you disrespected the customers. And no hot meals today.Why? Explain why. Are you too lazy? As a limo driver, I'm going to do my best to chase away your business. Is terrible customer service your Hallmark in a business plan? Where's the owner or manager?

Maria made us wait a long time for our order just because I went to hand my baby grand daughter to my son and wasn’t right at the counter when she called my name. Another customer let her know I was back but she yelled “ they’ll just have to wait now” then continued making sandwiches. Even after waiting so long we were missing part of our simple order. After treating us like liars she and two other employees laughed at us as we walked away! It was a terrible experience! She obviously hates her job and needs Customer Service training. I usually don’t write bad reviews and wasn’t expecting great service but this experience was really awful!?

Don’t expect the seasonal flavors or specialty flavors to arrive for a month after it is announced available. Then another 2 weeks or never for the toppings. Why even be in business if you aren’t even going to attempt to have product.

I enjoyed the calm environment right next to airport security. I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and do some work on my laptop. The staff is friendly and it just works!
