Honestly wait times are pretty consistent. Usually rush time waits for seemingly no reason as its not an incredible busy location. I had purchased the bacon jam sandwich ive been wanting to try and idk how its even possible to have half a sandwich thats warm and the other half probably 50 degrees. You could feel it through the bag. Coffee was decent today atleast. Seems like staffing is the biggest issue as I see new people constantly and the manager actually working counter almost...
I come to this location a lot! Daniel and another employee Benecio are wonderful everytime I come in. Daniel is always extremely polite and friendly and is a VERY hard worker. This Dunkin is very clean! Give Daniel a raise he’s a asset to the company!
Great service and friendly staff!! Daniel helped us at the drive thru and he was really nice. They made a mistake with our coffee and didn’t hesitate to correct it as soon as he saw it. And to follow up he offered us the wrong drink for free! It’s service like that, that’s makes us want to come back! Thank you Daniel!
