I'm so Happy they closed it Down! One time they couldn't accept cash or card. Only mobile orders. I work across the street. Another time no food being made for at least over an hour. Emailed the Corporate twice. Their customer service is no better than this place was.

I was there on a Friday morning around 10am. I ordered an iced coffee through the app. When I arrived they had a hot coffee in an iced coffee cup saying they were out of ice. They refunded me which was fine, but why not just wait until I get to the store to see if I wanted something different or just put the hot coffee in the regular coffee cup.

This is the worse location by far literally every time I order an iced latte for delivery its as if the katte was left out in the sun. Always melted, extremely warm and stale and they never get my food items correct. Literally they have placed the sticker with my food item name on it on the wrong item and still have the nerve to deliver it

This is a very small sized Dunkin Donuts. They don't have a large selection of donuts like most of their other locations. However, it's still a great place to go and pickup the quick cup of joe and a donut in the morning before work! They are often ready busy but they are very fast getting everyone through the line quickly and getting your orders out rapidly as well. The food is amazing and the coffee is delicious hot or cold.
Parking: Sparse parking on the street using metered parking. Or any nearby parking garages.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door doesn't have an automated door for handicap people which is very unfortunate. However, you can get into the place and move around inside in a wheelchair. (The place is pretty small)
2 days in a row the employee taking the order couldn't get it right. Simple order w a donut. Dunkin has to do better.

I went to Dunkin donuts today 7//21/23 at 8:50 am and got a medium coffee and a donut. A homeless guy sat by my phone and threatened me when I said he's by my phone that was laying on the table. A worker came from behind the counter and kicked me out even though I was the victim and didn't say anything and to be honest was scared I was in a life or death situation. This person assumed I was homeless too or something and I will see what legal action I can take. I refunded my order
This location is pretty dirty and the customer service is rude, if they even say anything at all. Donuts barely had any filling in them and were very dry.

I don't know if it has to do with it being a Sunday morning, but the time it took to make 2 coffees was a bit much. I was only #3 in line and it took over 10 minutes. I've seen longer lines with quicker service in the Phoenix airport. I'll go back for the convenience of the location being near the hotel, but if I had other choices, I'd take them.
