Great, low key speakeasy. Bartender Jose spent a solid 5 minutes telling us about the history and lore behind the bar/inspiration behind the concept, a.k.a. Melinda the brothel owner from Bisbee before asking what we wanted to drink. Drinks are all locally sourced down to the smallest ingredients.
