They made an error on my sandwich and refused to fix the issue. Instead they said I could buy a whole new sandwich. I asked for a refund since the sandwich wasn’t touched and it was not what I ordered. They proceeded to run my card again and insist it was a refund. It wasn’t. They charged my card again. I had to call the employees over again (they were not in the front of the store) and despite the fact that they made two errors, they gave me attitude and never once apologized...read full review
If the drive-through is long I usually go inside and get my coffee within three minutes they have the best coffee and best prices in town I’ve been going to Dunkin and ever since I was a kid donuts of course but then as I grew up more into the adult life I just prefer to switch to coffees they have the best iced coffee and prices and sizes and flavors in town especially for diabetics they have a good sugar-free coffee menu
This used to be my favorite Dunkin’. As you can see I posted a 5 star review on google for this location. Now every day it’s something. My coffee is wrong or my wraps are cold or they didn’t take tortillas out of the freezer so they don’t have wraps at all. Or how about when they flat out say we’re not cooking food. Yesterday my husband’s snacking bacon had no seasoning and my coffee was wrong today my coffee was wrong and my ham egg and cheese wrap is ham and charcoal...read full review
