Love Culvers one of my favorites.
My order was messed up and missed a fry as well. Went inside, all the staff immediately jumped on in and started helping and figuring out my meal. S/O to the younger gentlemen that helped me right away and I believe the manger that helped as well. Mistakes happen, but it was GREATLY appreciated how all staff members were kind about this situation & all started to help. Food is always hot and fresh whenever I come here, thank you!!
