Honestly I'm just sick of this location.

I come frequently on my way to work, and regret it every time. The staff always seem miserable there, the drinks are over priced, and most of the time the don't even offer napkins for their greasy food.

This last time is the last straw. Ordered a drink, it was made wrong, then they had the audacity to insist i pay an extra 80 cents because they rung it up incorrectly despite this being their error. Very uncomfortable. Will definitely go out of the way for other coffee places moving forward.

The person taking my order was extremely rude. I pulled up to the microphone. Heard nothing for a couple mins. I said hello. I got back in response. Give me a min. Then when she came back on she just said what would you like? The tater tots were trash. My breakfast wrap was put in the bag sideways so all the cheese ended up on one side. Just a bad way to start my day. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered 2 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of Christmas donut holes on Saturday, for a Sunday afternoon gathering. $45 worth. When my grandson arrived to pick up the order at the scheduled time, he was advised that they did not have anything that we had ordered and that he would have to chose from what was left. The employee had an attitude and did not give him the option of a refund. So we received $45 worth of stale, gross donuts which I did not serve my guests. I have written to the Customer Care line and was advised that a higher up would be contacting me. I have not heard from anyone. I was hoping that they would attempt to make this right, however their management appears to support this sad and pathetic service.
Edit- I have heard from the manager. She was very apologetic and advised that orders placed on the website do not get sent through to the store until 15 minutes prior to pick up time. Yes, that is a problem. However, I don't think that I was the first person that it happened to and probably should have received some sort of a warning. I also can't help but wonder why Dunkin staffs a store that doesn't have adequate amount of fresh donuts available. The manager did provided us with a gift card for 75% of the order and that was appreciated but it sure put a damper on our evening.

Donuts are mediocre and breakfast sandwich I received was horrible. Bread was stale and hard as a rock, meat and egg were rubber. I will not be going back.

Walked in at 4:15 am and waited 5 mins no one came up front never saw an employee. Finally I see one go to the sandwich area put something in and turn around and go back to the back completely ignore me. So I say again Hello the employee Maria comes up front with an attitude and says what excuse me your job is customer service at this point I was so upset I asked for her name and left. Look I know customer service is hard but you gotta treat customers better this is not how you treat people will never go back to any Dunkin’ now

I went in to get decaf coffee, and I was told it was too late. It was around noon. They only make one pot a day and nothing after 10 am. They don't sell enough of it. Never have I walked into a dunkin and been told this. I even offered to buy two XL cups, and she still said no.. I found another dunkin and was told that on their settings, they could make a small batch.. Wow, what a horrible way to do business.. I know it's all about the money. Service is going down the drain these days. Needless to say, I won't be ever going back to this dunkin!!

Someone stood at the register and stared at me so I assumed it was for me to order and then as soon as I started she just walked away? That was super weird. They also forgot to put a drink on my order despite asking me about it and at that point they were too busy and we didn’t have time. My matcha was very powdery still but nothing some mixing can’t fix.
