Someone stood at the register and stared at me so I assumed it was for me to order and then as soon as I started she just walked away? That was super weird. They also forgot to put a drink on my order despite asking me about it and at that point they were too busy and we didn’t have time. My matcha was very powdery still but nothing some mixing can’t fix.

Never gone to Dunkin. Starbucks is my go-to. Won't go again. The woman was so rude at the drive-thru. I understand there's a line but your tone matters. Its easy to tell you're not happy.

I was completely appalled that I come into the store at 11:30 on a Sunday morning and there's literally no Donuts. oh I'm sorry I think that they had maybe three cake Donuts which are disgusting anyways. Those are just plain Donuts that have no flavor or frosting. Dunkin' Donuts has become such trash I remember a time when I was a kid that they made donuts from the time they got up and all throughout the day you never went into a Dunkin' Donuts where they didn't have a full menu of donuts that's the whole point and it's only 11:00 on a Sunday what are they going to do for the rest of the day? So, hopefully someone reads this before they waste their time coming to this store which was a little bit out of my way. this is actually the second time in the last few months that I've went into a Dunkin' donuts and there were no Donuts but at least the last time it was three or four in the afternoon in the middle of a work day I was just going there for coffee and was at a different location. So, my advice if you're planning on running out and getting donuts for your family on a Sunday morning call to make sure they have any to sell.

My wife bought half a dozen donuts around 6:00 PM and the donuts were stale and they needed to be thrown out. I CALLED THE MANAGER, DONNA, THE NEXT MORNING AND SHE WAS WONDERFUL OFFERED A FREE DOZEN DONUTS TO MAKE UP FOR THE ONES MY WIFE HAD BOUGHT WHICH WERE FRESH AND DELICIOUS! SHE WAS VERY HOSPITABLE, EMPATHIC AND ACCOMMODATING. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Just went in for an order placed online. It tells me a time I show up when it says order is ready. I get there and no order. I ask the lady behind register how long of a wait.(no name tag, but had red hair) She sighs and says”it’s still being worked on” I asked how long and she just ignored me. Then she proceeds to get exasperated with the next few customers because they didn’t know what they wanted. Another lady came in and picked up her order. She proceeds to check the order and realizes things are missing. The employee says no it’s all in there. So the lady takes everything out and is missing items. The employee argued with me because she handed me a little bag and said here’s your order. I told her no I ordered a lot more than that. Just rude and disrespectful. Seems all Dunkin’s are like this
