It's that kind of a MONDAY
Please hire more staff. I love Dunkin’ Donuts and the delicious coffee .. please hire more staff .. quality people to help the morning experience work out better.
Went to Dunkin Donuts last night to get a donut for my 8 year old girl. We pull in the drive to , the lady was very rude. My 8 year old said “Hi” to gey , lady on drive thru didn’t answer back . She said Hi” again waiting for the lady to respond back and she did , she said “STOP” was very rude and made my daughter feel bad ! We had a horrible experience with the cashier telling her to “Stop” when all she wanted to do is say “Hi” !
