I called the store and someone actually answered the phone 🙂 I did this many time at another location and they don't care to answer the phone 😒
We had our order quickly and got our food with no mistakes made 😊 that makes me happy and pleased with their fast service, and customer care. All the employees were kind and helpful. Thank you! 😁👍
They don't have sufficient staff. Only the drive-thru is open and now they are only serving drinks and fries due to staff shortage. If they paid their employees a living wage, they wouldn't have this problem. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
Really hate how this is the closest location to me. They ALWAYS leave at least one item out of my order. I have tried calling for refunds but the management is horrible and extremely rude, the clearly don’t care. I work hard for my money it’s super frustrating wasting it on food I don’t receive. I see many other reviews stating the same thing but clearly the issue is not being addressed.
