Bought a mocha frappuccino from this location the guy that served me was awesome, great attitude! Really put love into his work. Iv came here many other times and received my frap with a flat top lid when I asked for whipped cream and drizzle on the top just confused not great service. But This dude was awesome! I've never had my frap have chocolate powder drizzled on top so good! (Mocha powder) 10/10 for him. Just want him to get credit when it's deserved. (Black male employee, Tattoos) Super ! š after he made my drink as we were walking out he asked if it was good. Great customer service!

Went through drive through and while I was ordering, the employee was sighing. As I was getting my order, I noticed that my hot coffee had 4 cream 4 sugar (which I asked for double double when they asked for cream/sugar) and was told that they didnt understand what that means with an attitudeā¦. Then I saw that my iced coffee has 8 cream and 8 sugar (when I asked for triple triple)ā¦..and at this point Iām just over it.

I visit this location every weekend in the morning and am always greeted by friendly staff and efficient service. The morning manager (I regret not catching her name) consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and satisfied. Sheās truly exceptional! The location is clean and well-maintainedāoverall, a fantastic experience!

I asked for fresh hash browns and itās the same results, burnt blackened inedible potatoes. Peppermint mocha is watered down because the drive thru man made a small when I ordered a Medium. Had to park at the front of the store to wait for the simple order.
The $6 meal deal is the best thing that has happened to America in a long time. The lady that worked here this morning (11/21) was SO NICE. She called me sweetheart and it made me feel warm inside. Excellent service. Food was good (I mean you're not expecting a 5 star meal) but it was great for a $6 fast food breakfast sandwich!

My son went to get me two cups of coffee hot and the lady said she made it fresh which she lied cuz I get Dunkin donuts coffee two times a day and the coffee was awful. I had to throw it out so there went $7.20. I'm really mad
