I originally Wrote a three star review , but after going back this place is terrible I ordered a beverage.. a simple coffee.I wanted it blended And I do know what they did, but they're Were still big ice chunks in my drink when there shouldn't be, they should be all crushed up.Hence, the reason why I asked for blended, they also got my order wrong.I ordered a medium , and they gave me a small also As the lady was making my drink, she didn't have gloves on and her fingernails were Notice. Ably dirty and it did not look like she washed her hands which made me very uneasy about drinking my beverage.I ended up throwing it away because of that because I don't want someone else's fingers in my food🤢 That are not clean also When I was useing the bathroom , they were out of soap toilet paper and pretty much everything , Overall i do not recommend this place anymore.I don't know what happened in that two month time span that I went last time , but now You are. Lucky to get good quality foods. I highly recommend going to a place like Dutch Bros or another local coffee shop, places where they actually make good drinks, and they actually have good sanitary measures.

In the last two months, every time I go in there, they are very rude. I went in last week and my coffee tasted horrible almost every single one of their staff. There’s an older lady in there that is always so rude. I want to ask her why she works there if she’s so unhappy do not recommend this location unless they replace people That are working now

They have a new crew, but still care less about customers. Today, they filled up my medium iced coffee with so much ice you couldn't put a straw in. I asked for a new cup and dumped the coffee into it, then asked for just a little ice. This is what I have now because she didn't want to fill up my cup since the ice/coffee ratio is strict and Dunkin can't afford to give adequate coffee amounts.
Update - as I sit here another lady had to ask for her cup to be filled up because they didn’t fill the coffee up to the top. Yikes

I was there 12/14/25 at 7:03 am, I ordered a hot chocolate and donuts. Donuts were good but hot chocolate doesn't taste like hot chocolate, looks like and smells like they mix it with green tea.

Owner/Manager needs to figure out the staffing issue. The staff they have are friendly but there’s never enough people working and everyone looks so miserable and over worked. I’ve been there and it sucks feeling like that. I don’t blame them but I ordered on the app last Friday and ended up walking out empty handed so I wouldn’t be late for work. I tried to cancel the order but still got charged and I can’t get anyone to refund the food I never got. Why would I wanna go back there after that. Used up all my points for nothing.

This location, has always been friendly the food warm when it needs to be. I love the donut holes, ice tea and coffee.
Service and expediency is always superb here. You must try their cotton candy donut on promotion right now; it's the absolute best! Love this location.

Bought a mocha frappuccino from this location the guy that served me was awesome, great attitude! Really put love into his work. Iv came here many other times and received my frap with a flat top lid when I asked for whipped cream and drizzle on the top just confused not great service. But This dude was awesome! I've never had my frap have chocolate powder drizzled on top so good! (Mocha powder) 10/10 for him. Just want him to get credit when it's deserved. (Black male employee, Tattoos) Super ! 👍 after he made my drink as we were walking out he asked if it was good. Great customer service!
